'Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten.
Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '

'The Madison Inn was a nice place to stay with one exception. The beds are small - only double or full size at the most. Most hotels have queen size beds. The staff brought us a roll away bed which was comfortable. We had three of us so it would have been uncomfortable for two of us to stay in the small double beds.'

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'Would recommend this property 10 times out of 10. I’ve stayed here both with and without children over the years and every time is a great experience. The staff are always friendly, attentive and readily available. The rooms are clean and the food provided is always more than I would expect. The location is also great- safe and within walking distance to downtown or to the Arena. I look forward to seeking this accommodation out again in the future.'
