Apartment was well equipped and very spacious as it was a studio , spacious sunny balcony ideal location, etc Will definitely stay there again when I visit Duquesa, Duquesa estates very helpful and Edy friendly to deal with thank you Perhaps a bit cleaner around the furniture ie tv unit behind bed But otherwise great

A very good studio apartment.

A spacious studio apartment within easy reach of the marina and all its facilities. Bathroom sink tap requires attention as very poor water flow. Patio sliding door is in poor state of repair and requires attention so that opening and closing is much easier - the risk of complete failure of the runners if not addressed.

Lovely apartment, perfect location!

Before arriving Duquesa Estates were very helpful with any questions I had. Would book through them again and recommend. The apartment was in a great location, near the beach and minutes walk to the Duquesa Port, where there a lovely restaurants. Sabinillas is a 15minute walk or very quick taxi ride. You find more restaurants along the beach front here. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities. It was perfect for myself and daughter. Perfect room for 2 people with lots of wardrobe space. I would stay again!!

A microwave would be nice. Also the installation of both a carbon monoxide and smoke alarm should be standard procedure.

Great service from agent and a great stay

The service from Duquesa Estates was excellent, easy to deal with and very supportive. If you have any issues they respond straightaway. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you need for a great stay. Only issue relates to the actual complex in that there is a problem with the drains now and then that smell on occasions, unfortunate

Great little apartment in good location have a couple for problems with wear and tear but Duqesa estate were there straight away to put them right I would definitely stay there again
