'Close to sm Fairview mall
Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice .
The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin .
Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper.'

'Room is clean on check in. Everything good is walking distance and some security not very good will lie about you in tagalog about what you do daily when they know you don't speak it, complained about me not responding yet he never stops me but other guards have no problem stopping me and I answer them clearly and properly till they allow me to pass.'

'Staff radios are noisy even at night. They should have headsets. Staffs are singing out loud at dawn which may disturb sleeping guest.

'Had a last minute check in. Room was ok. Big comfy bed, bathroom was not appealing very sterile and no warm water. Hotel staff were helpful. I would not advice you to take the breakfast. Not very appealing you can easily grab a cab to nearby restaurants for a more appetizing bite. All in all a good hotel for a few days but not a relaxing ambience. '

'This is a 4 star hotel approaching a 3 star rating for several reasons. Firstlty, there was only 1 lift out of 3 lobby lifts that was working, resulting in longer than acceptable delays in accessing the rooms and reception. This lasted the 3 days of our stay. Hall carpets are soiled-look like they have not been claened this year. Breakfast offerings were the usual average mixed fare, with no fresh juices (only powdered make-up) Sadly, we had to regularly ask staff to fill or replace empty hot...
