'The day before my stay, I contacted the property via WhatsApp to confirm check‑in details. I was told everything was fine and to call again once I arrived onsite. About ten minutes later, they messaged me saying they did not have the room type I had booked and fully paid for months in advance. They gave me no alternative solution and simply told me to cancel through Expedia — even though the booking clearly stated that cancellation would result in most of the payment being withdheld.
