Large 4 bedroom house with expansive views of Lake Maraetai, golf course and reserve from the living area. Massive deck that flows down to the reserve which borders two sides of the section, so it feels like your own large space.

Fully insulated and double glazed with a heat pump. Newly carpeted throughout.

Located in a quiet culdesac with loads of space to play on both the section and reserve.

Fully setup house with BBQ, washing machine, electric frypan, microwave, fridge freezer etc. Freeview TV (although weather can interfere with reception so may not always be available), DVD, stereo (CD player + 3.5mm input for MP3 players). Please note that there is no WiFi at this house but the cellular reception is good.

Pillows, duvets and blankets provided, please bring your own linen (linen can be provided at an extra cost if required). Guests are expected to clean before they leave, optional cleaning $90 per stay.

Lake Maraetai at your doorstep (fishing, skiing and wakeboarding).
Golf course just below the house.
Motocross track a few kilometres away.
Close to Waikato River Trails (can walk/bike from the house to Whakamaru along the edge of the river without being on the road).
35mins to Taupo, 1 hour to Rotorua, 1 1/2 hours to skifields.
