'The floor in the room was dirty and messy. The lights weren’t working and the fire alarm kept beeping the whole night. There weren’t enough power outlets, literally just 1 for the whole room. The window blinds were damaged and the room was right next to the parking lot and the lights were glaring the whole time. Was a very unpleasant experience and don’t recommend this place even if your looking for something simple for a night'

'The staff at the hotel was exceptional. I visited with a party of five, which included two babies—one aged 10 months and the other 9 years—along with my husband and a disabled adult. The hotel was very accommodating, providing us with a handicap-accessible room. I frequently contacted the front desk for assistance, and they were always patient and helpful. However, we were disappointed with the air conditioning units in both of our rooms. During the day, the rooms were freezing cold, which was...

'Loved the location, attended Kraken game, which was within walking distance! Also enjoyed the coffee bar in the lobby.'

'Was able to park right in front of my unit. The room was clean. And as I told the front desk, this is a older property but very homey . I would stay there again. And the front desk was very helpful and very approachable.'

'Great fast WiFi. Was recently renovated, as it looked updated. Bed was too small for two occupants (smaller than queensize). Though breakfast is included, it's room is too small for the rush hours, so there was no place (and choice of items was a bit on the small side). If you are on your own, and just want a bed with a shower. A good place to stay.'
