We apologize for the inconvenience in the toilet but we would like to point out that we have timely intervened, first in person to check the type of problem and see if it could be resolved immediately, and then contacting our trusted plumber that could solve the problem in a few hours on the same day. You told us that you were tired of the trip and you preferred to rest without being disturbed, so we assigned you a new room, the best available, right in front of you, just to show you our fullest availability and efficiency.

> We offer all our guests: fresh fruit and vegetable, kiwi, strawberry, pineapple, melon, tomatoes and cucumber, fresh fruit salad, , three types of cakes and brioches, , rusks, different kind of jam, honey, many muesli, rice cakes, biscuits, , different kind of bread, yogurt, dried fruit, fruit in syrup, different types of cheese, bacon, sausages, scrumbled and boiled eggs, fried chicken, potatoe nuggets, , patès, fruit juices, and of course warm drinks like coffee, Cappuccino, tea, and so on.
> We would like also to underline that for us and our staff, always very attentive, kind and friendly, the satisfaction of our guests is one of the most important and fundamental aspect and it is for this reason that we are sorry to find out that little technical problems are so exaggerated without real motivation.
