Casa di nonno Totò is a vacation apartment in Manduria, Upper Salento, just minutes from the beaches of the Ionian coast. It is located on the second floor of an ancient 17th-century aristocratic palace, in the heart of the renowned historic center of Messapic origins.

The vacation home consists of spacious and bright rooms, with mighty vaulted ceilings characteristic of Salento`s architectural tradition that give the property a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Each room is air conditioned and furnished with taste and simplicity, giving a touch of class to the ancient structure wisely remodeled.
Casa di nonno Totò is located in the square, inside a building accessed through an ancient gateway. The entrance is in a large living room furnished with comfortable sofas and TV, accompanied by three balconies.
From the living room you go to the dining room, the shower room and, with a few steps, also to the equipped kitchen.
The dining room leads to a double bedroom with a loft and two single beds, en-suite bathroom. The dining room and loft room overlook a small terrace that opens onto an ancient inner courtyard adjacent to Piazza Commestibili.
The house sleeps 6 people distributed in two rooms, including two single beds on the loft, accessible via a spiral staircase, and two double beds.

The vacation rental apartment in Manduria is located in a privileged position, overlooking Piazza Commestibili, the heart of the historic center and a location that allows you to walk to the main points of interest in the city such as the Archaeological Museum, the Messapic Walls, the Fonte Pliniano, the Chiesa Matrice and other points of historical and cultural interest.
The historic center is known for its many stores, restaurants and wine bars offering local products and traditional cuisine. The town is surrounded by hills and vineyards that produce the famous Primitivo di Manduria DOC wine, an excellence of the area.
It is also just a 15-minute drive from the beaches of the Ionian Sea, including San Pietro in Bevagna, Punta Prosciutto, Torre Lapillo, Porto Cesareo, the famous Salina dei Monaci, and Campomarino di Maruggio, making it an excellent base for exploring Puglia`s beautiful coastline.
Manduria`s strategic location also offers the possibility of reaching other renowned Apulian tourist destinations in a short time, such as Lecce, the baroque city, Ostuni, the white city, and numerous other interesting locations.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bathroom in the bedroom has no shower and no windows.
