We strongly advise against booking this property due to a series of serious issues and misleading practices.
From the outset, the information provided was inaccurate — the address listed was incorrect and the Wi-Fi details did not work. During our stay, we encountered a hostile neighbor situation that escalated to the point where we had to involve the police, which made the stay feel unsafe.
The host then changed the agreed checkout time at the last minute (from 10:30am to 10:00am) and attempted to charge us in relation to this change, which was both unreasonable and unprofessional.
After checkout, the host made multiple false claims, including allegations that we left towels dirty and caused damage to furniture and lamps. These accusations were completely unfounded and appeared to be an attempt to impose unjustified additional charges.
Resolving this situation required hours of communication with the platform, including international phone calls at our own expense.
This experience reflects very poor management, inaccurate listing information, and unacceptable post-stay conduct. We recommend that the platform review this listing carefully, as no guest should have to deal with this kind of situation.
