Welcome to Paradise.

In 2016 we acquired this beautiful chalet in Cala Mendia.
It has a private pool with large garden (covered terrace with sun awning and lounge, 5 sun loungers, garden shower, gas and charcoal grill), which invites you to relax and linger.

The house is located in a quiet cul de sac right on a nature reserve, which offers a breathtaking view from the covered balcony.
The two beautiful bays of the village (Cala Mendia / Cala Anguila) can be reached in about 7 minutes (about 700m). Here there is the possibility umbrellas and beach chairs for a fee to borrow. In addition, there is a catering on both bays directly on the beach with WC (also usable by non-guests of the restaurants). Within walking distance you can reach in a few minutes the center u. a. with some bars / restaurants (eg Fifteen, Cactus Bar, Sa Cala Beach, Vista Romantica), small supermarkets and shops, bakeries (eg. S'aval), a pharmacy and a car rental.

In the upper part of the house you will find the living room with open dining area and direct access to the balcony (also with dining area for 6 people and sun awning) with a beautiful view.
On the same floor is also the kitchen (with coffee bar, dishwasher, etc.) and a separate guest bathroom.

On the lower floor, the three bedrooms, all with direct access to the pool, invite you to freshen up in the morning. The master bedroom has a double bed and a spacious dressing area with direct access to a bathroom. The other rooms have a double bed or two single beds. A cot is also available. Furthermore, in the lower area, a second bathroom and a utility room (u. Washing machine, clothes horse).

Terrace and balcony are equipped with awnings, so that there is always a shady spot in midsummer.

The chalet has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and two parking spaces in front of the house.

Furthermore, the house is usable throughout the year, as it has in addition to the integrated in the living area and in the three bedrooms air conditioning for cooling and heating also has three infrared heaters (1x living-dining area / 2x infrared mirrors in the main bathrooms).

On-site, a personal briefing in the house is given by our housekeeping at the keys. The caretaker will also be available as a contact during your stay on site.

We also use our dream house as a family also regularly in every season.
Therefore, it is important to us that we maintain our standard of living in Mallorca. For this reason, we constantly supplement both the inventory and the equipment and replace if necessary, so that everything is always in a good, complete condition.

We have by the described complete offer (u. Private pool, near the beach, beautiful bays, modern house, service on site) a little piece of paradise, so you will not only be delighted by this beautiful house and the great location, but also the first-class care on site.

Annotation:
We have a rental license for our home so you can be sure that it is a legal rental of the property and has government-mandated safety and minimum standards.
The tourist tax of the Balearic Islands (Ecotasa) is already included in the rental price, so you do not have to worry about any additional costs than stated.

Location and surroundings
In 5 minutes drive you reach the dragon caves (Cuevas des Drach) and the town of Porto Cristo with its idyllic marina, numerous restaurants (eg. Quince, Vibes), shops and larger supermarkets (Eroski, Hyper).

In about 10 minutes drive you can reach Cala Millior with its long sandy beach, panoramic path on the beach and numerous shops and restaurants.

Manacor, the third largest city of the island, is only 12 km away and invites you to a city stroll.

Mallorca - worth a holiday in any season
Mallorca has a lot to offer in every season, even outside the summer months:

- swimming in the sea or being at the sea with empty beaches
- almond blossom (from approx. January to March)

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben wirklich top! Neben der Unterkunft ist aber vor allem die Kommunikation und der positive Umgang mit den Gästen hervorzuheben. Es wird auf Wünsche bestmöglich eingegangen und es erfolgt immer sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen, aber vor allem würde man sich wünschen, dass alle Vermieter so agieren würden :)

Fantastischer Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt im Chalet war ein absolutes Highlight und ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Wir haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen und sind restlos begeistert. Das Haus präsentierte sich makellos sauber, mit einer stilvollen, modernen Einrichtung, die sofort zum Wohlfühlen einlädt, und einer Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Besonders die ruhige Lage, der schöne Balkon und natürlich der fantastische Pool haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem wahren Traumurlaub gemacht. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und absolut unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter!

Stunning property which is home from home

This property is very tastefully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. The communication from the minute you book to leaving their accommodation is amazing. The pool is lovely. The only downside for us was there wasn’t much choice in way of restaurants however it is only short car ride away to other areas. You won’t be disappointed if you book this property. They were also very accommodating with regards to both early and late checkouts

Great stay

This property was exactly as described. The main floor is the kitchen, dining and living room. Downstairs are the three bedrooms that open to a private pool. The property is newly built and fresh. All appliances are new as well. Details of check in and check out were provided and was easy to understand. Location is walking distance to two great beaches. We beach hopped and found that the beaches close to us were even better than other popular spots. We did a bit of shopping and cooked a bit of fresh food and all was easy with supermarket close to us. All and all a great stay.

Das Haus war sehr schön. Haben den Pool sehr viel genutzt und hatten auch Glück, dass wir rundherum noch keine weiteren Gäste hatten. Die Kommunikation vorher und nachher und vor Ort auch die Organisation vor Ort war alles bestens, sehr persönlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und fanden auch die Lage super. Cala Mandia und Cala Anguila sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen.

Entspannter Urlaub in einem Traumhaus

Wir waren eine Woche in Cala Mendia. Das Ferienhaus ist toll. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen kann.Vom Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick in die umliegende Landschaft. Der Pool und die angrenzende Terrasse, sowie der Grillplatz sind ein Traum.Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war schon im Vorfeld sehr angenehm und die Betreuung vor Ort super.

Beautiful property within walking distance of bars, restaurants and a few shops. Property is modern and very well equiped. The host great as he came to the redcue aftercwclst minute cancellation. Check in process was very easy and team on site were on hand to help through out the stay. I would renook this accommodation, butnprobsbly hire a car next time. Justvto note that some shops didn't open until the large hotel opens around the second weekend in April.

Großartig!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Chalet war großartig, es gab keine Kritikpunkte. Die Kommunikation und der Empfang waren sehr herzlich. Das Chalet ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und in einem top Zustand. Der eigene Pool lädt ebenfalls zum Entspannen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine kleine Bucht sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Perfect for Family Vacation

The house is exactly like advertised. It's spacious for up to five persons and very stylish. Everything you might need is there. The kitchen is fully equipped. Pool is serviced twice a week, local property management is literally around the corner (or a phone call away) and extremely attentative. You can sense that the owners care for the wellbeing of their guests. We had a great stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful house!

Beautiful villa in a lovely laid back location

Absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we booked the communication we received from the family made us feel welcome and ready for the stay. Villa was extremely well equipped had everything we needed and more! The design of the place both very aesthetically pleasing but also cool and comfortable. The pool was great - the kids loved jumping in. Local area is a quiet resort and town with easy access to 3 lovely beaches. Porto Cristo is very close and an efficient bus service runs throughout the day. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Just what we were looking for!

We were looking for a villa to sleep 5 with a pool within walking distance of shops and restaurants and near the beach. The villa is beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. The pool is clean and a great size and the villa has everything you could possibly need. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. The check in process was very easy. We had issues with our hire car and were very late arriving but this was no problem for Astrid and her husband. Astrid gave us great advice on where to visit and the check out process was straightforward. Overall we would definitely recommend a stay here.

Home away from home

What a lovely property! This holiday home is even more beautiful than the pictures would tell. Super clean and well equipped house, well functioning air condition and no mold. The owner family did everything to make us feel welcome and gave great recommendations. Check in and check out in person was also a plus. Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit einer super Ausstattung, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt! Nice house and surroundings but awful checkout

The house was perfect for a family of five. Everything we needed for cooking and barbeque. It was a challenge for us that most of the instructions was in German language. It was a pitty that the lightning of the pool and the area around was broken causing us not to use the area after dark. Check out was at 10 Oclock, but 15 min to 10 we was facing a lady saying inspection in a not friendly way and not speaking any English. Make us feel a bit embarising as we was not 100% ready at that time and we got almost panic to get all our stuff out in time before 10. They was taking pictures of all our belongings as we put all outside in a hurry. Very nice stay, but not the check out.

Great Location!

What a beautiful home ! Great location to explore , 2 beautiful coves within walking distance. Busy so need to be there early to guarantee beds. A few restaurants nearby and Porto Cristo 10 mins in the car. What impressed us was the small things. Hand soap, washing up liquid, dish water tablets. Sharp knives…! Not only good pillows for the bed but Extra pillows. We’ve found these aren’t a given with all rentals. It just gave everything a welcome homely feel. The Balcony is the hilight morning and night. Highly recommend.

Toller Urlaub

Das Haus war richtig schön, die Ausstattung war top, nichts was gefehlt hat. Das einzige, was sehr schade war, dass die Pool Beleuchtung defekt war, sodass wir abends nicht den Pool nutzen konnten. Die Umgebung war nicht so schön aber alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und super Wetter!!

Super schönes Haus, perfekte Erholung

Wir haben unser Feriendomizil genauso vorgefunden, wie es vom Eigentümer beschrieben wurde. Sehr schöne, moderne und gepflegte Ausstattung. Alle Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und boten genügend Stauraum. Auch die Hausverwaltung vor Ort war sehr engagiert und zuverlässig. Wir haben sehr viel Zeit am Pool verbracht und alle Sitzmöglichkeiten zu den verschiedenen Tageszeiten genutzt! Am Pool fand man stets ausreichend Sonnenschein (aber auch für Schatten war bestens gesorgt). Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Zum Strand ist es gar nicht weit und auch viele schöne Restaurants sind in naher Umgebung zu Fuß zu erreichen (sogar eine kleine Pizzeria, bei der man Pizza abholen kann) Wir (4 Erwachsene) haben einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub erlebt und sind froh, dieses Ferienhaus bei Fewo gefunden zu haben.

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus, es hat alles super geklappt & wir kommen bestimmt wieder :)! Die Ausstattung vom Haus ist super toll.

September Urlaub 🧳

Wir haben die Tage genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation hat hervorragend funktioniert. In weniger als 10 Minuten erreicht man verschiedene Buchten und Restaurants und kann somit den Mietwagen auch mal stehen lassen.

Erholsame Tage in einem sehr schönen Chalet mit Pool.

Insgesamt haben wir einen sehr entspannten und schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist absolut alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders der Balkon und die Terrasse am Pool lädt zum Relaxen ein. Die Kinder haben ihn sehr oft genutzt. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche könnte sauberer und gepflegter sein. Ansonsten Baujahr entsprechend recht gut.
