Can Corem is a stunning luxury villa located in the countryside near the town of Manacor. The Rafa Nadal Academy and Sports Centre is also located in the town and offers the best sports facilities and his famous museum. Two other suites are located on this floor with separate sitting and sleeping areas with queen size beds and their own private full bathrooms. The other bedroom with sitting area is located on the lower floor with direct access to the pool area.

It has a modern swimming pool with incredible views of the famous Pere Seda vineyards.
