Then on to the main living area which comprises a lovely, spacious lounge; the cosy sofas and lounge chairs providing the perfect place in which to relax and enjoy a little peace and tranquillity.

The fully-fitted kitchen features all the latest appliances and also includes a breakfast bar.

The spacious outside area is no less impressive. You will find a lush front lawn, mature trees and shrubbery, traditional stone walls, and the most fabulous 360-degree views towards the Tramuntana Mountains.

The property prides itself in a large, rectangular private swimming pool 12.5m x 5.5m, with a stepped entrance for easy access. Just perfect for a morning dip before the temperature rises.

Outside there is a BBQ area which is ideal for a spot of al fresco dining and enjoying a sundowner or two.

Even though the property offers the perfect place to enjoy peace, tranquillity and privacy on your holiday, you are just a few miles away by car (or bicycle) from the lovely town of Manacor where you’ll find some fabulous restaurants, bars and boutiques.
