Tolle Lage
Tolle zentrale Lage, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Sehr schöner Blick vom Esstisch aufs Meer und die Boote. Schöner ruhiger Balkon zur Rückseite. Allerdings haben einige Lichtschalter nicht funktioniert bzw. die Glühbirnen waren kaputt und auf den Deckenventilatoren war 1 cm Staub, so dass wir sie nicht benutzt haben. Die Gläser in den Küchenschränken waren zum Teil dreckig. Mussten auch den Abfluss in der Dusche gleich am ersten Tag sauber machen (Haare etc.), weil das Wasser nicht abfloss. Aber der Rest hat uns gut gefallen, haben uns wohl gefühlt. Würden wieder buchen

Fantastic location!
Great apartment in such a central location for the beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket and of course the tram! Suited our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids, 11 and 16) perfectly as we were only on a short break (4 nights). Booking and arrival process very straightforward (clear directions and photos were a big help) and Maria and others were very friendly. Wifi worked instantly and really handy that beach towels and essentials (loo roll, washing up liquid) were all provided. We love this part of Mallorca and this spacious apartment I would highly recommend!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in top Lage
Die Wohnung ist toll. Sehr gut Ausgestattet. Groß. Viele verschieden Schlafmöglichkeiten. Leider nur 1 Bad. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Mücken wurden Dank des vorhandenen Mückensteckers verscheucht. Die Mitarbeiter von Mallorca Dream Homes sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Schlüsselübergabe war komplikationslos. Vielen Dank und hoffentlich bis bald. K... K... F

Sehr gut gelegen!
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns vor allem an der schönen Lage gefreut. Einziges Manko: Die Fenster lassen sich nciht ordentlich schließen. Da das Apartment im 5. Stock liegt, machte uns das aber keine Sorge.

De bonnes vacances
Appartement très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Situé vraiment à 1 minute de la plage. Puerto Soller est très agréable pour les familles, c'est dynamique et festif. Les restos autour sont sympas.

Perfect Location
This property was as described. Good open-plan living area and decent sized bedrooms. The bathroom was modern and the whole apartment was immaculately clean. Very well equipped and the location was perfect! Would benefit from air conditioning although I appreciate this isn’t always possible. Would definitely recommend.

super Lage
Die Lage und Aussicht von der Wohnung sind super. Die Küche, Geschirr ist etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, die Wäsche hat etwas gemufft (nur bei 30°C gewaschen?). Super Lage direkt an Promenade, Strand. Im Haus viele einzelne Wohnungen von Privaten (in der Wohnung drunter wurde gebaut bis abends spät)

God lejlighed med fin beliggenhed
God og rummelig lejlighed - lejligheden har noget slidt og noget at køkkenudstyret ligeså, men der mangler intet. Rigtig god beliggenhed - stille og rolig og tæt på strand, parkering og spisesteder.

Great location and great views over the port
The view from the apartment is much better than I had been expecting, being an almost full panorama of the port apart from one building in the way. No air-con, but we got a decent breeze with the windows open - it is on the 5th floor. There is a sofa-bed in the lounge which we ended up sleeping on, as it was much cooler than in the bedroom. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Disappointing apartment
The apartment was very disappointing due to a number of problems with it and I had to spend a chunk of my holiday liaising with the agency. These included; the kettle not working, a faulty freezer door which intermittently would not open, a broken front door handle, poor WiFi, Satellite TV not wired properly, poor ventilation in the bathroom, windows which did not lock in bathroom and a new dress which was damaged by a splinter of wood sticking out in the wardrobe. Not good value for money at all. Although the owner did compensate for the ruined dress he has ignored my request for a small refund on the rental due to the numerous problems in the apartment.

Thank you for this feedback Alison. We take this very serious - the same way we did when you were out here with your 3 kids, alone and obviously nervous stressed out. The apartment is not the newest you are right but well functioning and directly on the beach. The kettle was only a year old and we sorted for you a new kettle same day and plugged in the TV cables a previous guest had disconnected and also assisted you with other small topics you had even with the dress that apparently was supposed to be broken in a wardrobe door just to make you happy . I hope you find next time a place that reaches your expectations in your price level and in this location. I wish you all best and hope other guests will look over this and make their own opinion about our property.
