Huge hotel with good staff
this hotel is huge and had a lot of facilities. The staff is very nice and helpful, there is a lot of animation -both for kids as adults) going on, too much for my taste but it is up to you if you join. I traveled with my 5 yr old twins and it was great place, very safe, lifeguards at all pools, animation everyday (which we didn't use, but the people seemed very nice). Also didn't have all inclusive but cooking in the room worked out well with a big supermarket in Porto Criisto (5 minutes by bus) I probably wouldn't go back to this particular hotel because we just didn't use most facilities (restaurants, spa, animation) but if you travel with young kids it's pretty amazing & care free way to do so. For me the main gem of this holiday was the little bay beach. On a beautiful 5 minute walk, it has a small restaurant too with toilets and a bar. Would definitely go back for that !

Prima all inclusive vakantie gehad
Fijne en mooie plek om te vertoeven. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij; maaltijden uitgebreid, gevarieerd een goed van kwaliteit. Het is wel groot en daardoor veel mensen om je heen. Bij appartementen aan de buitenkant echter ook weer wel rustig.

Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Buffet s'avonds iets minder uitgebreid, maar toch nog altijd voldoende keuze. Veel (kleine) kinderen aanwezig. Groot complex met vele kamers en bungalows, wat zorgt voor een redelijk drukke bedoening bij de maaltijden. kamer en badkamer voldoende groot, comfortabel maar zonder grote luxe. Jammer dat er geen Belgisch TV aanbod is.

Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar wunderschön anzusehen, aber leider schwanger und mit einem Kleinkind ziemlich gebirgig und leider leider war das Meer so schwer zu erreichen. Shuttlebus gab es leider nicht mehr. Das Hotelzimmer war wirklich keine 4*! Das Bad sah wirklich mangelhaft aus!!! Bettwäsche und Handtücher teils kaputt oder verfleckt. So einen kleinen Fernseher hatte ich noch nie in einem Hotelzimmer. Die Zimmerreinigung war an manchen Tagen gut, an anderen miserabel! Der Service war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Generell war die Anlage schön und bietet viel für Kinder. Das Essen war lecker und wechselhaft.

We booked this 4* property on the basis it had 5 outdoor tennis courts. It actually had no tennis courts. Manager refused to speak with us or provide refund when we checked out for another hotel that did have tennis courts onsite. Extremely bad service

Bon séjour globalement
Le séjour était bon en général, hôtel confortable, sait gérer le grand flux de touristes, nourriture bonne mais peu d'innovations. L'accueil est froid et non personnalisé, on se croit dans un parc d'attractions ou un centre commercial et on est livré à nous-même. L'animation pour enfants n'est pas pro-active. L'animation le soir est par contre excellente et agréable.

Everything about the property was very nice, except their restaurants have no vegetarian options. If you are a vegetarian, and prefer to choose to have food in their restaurants, then you'll end up having just salads. Luckily we didn't opt for All inclusive / Half board.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 giorni e ci siamo trovati bene. Il resosrt ha personale disponibile e una bella struttura con piscine, campi da tennis e altro, ma si nota che ha qualche annetto, soprattutto nelle camere, nei bagni e nella mancanza di ascensori negli edifici. Nei ristoranti si mangia bene anche se peccano di monotonia (in 4 sere quasi sempre le stesse scelte). Le pulizie delle camere sono in orari scomodi (siesta pomeridiana dei bambini) per cui per 2 giorni non hanno pulito la camera e questo andrebbe sicuramente migliorato, considerando le 4stelle. Infine l´accesso alla spiaggia non molto comodo soprattutto per chi ha un passeggino.

Très bon séjour de 3 nuits, bel hôtel très sympa : acceuil dans les divers services, équipements : superbes piscines (serait à améliorer les plages horaires), sauna-hammam, ping-pong, aire jeux enfants, mini-golf..., chambre opt° vue mer, buffets dîner et pt-déj super hormis le paiement de l'eau (ce serait bien mieux des carafes d'eau gratuites ou de l'eau moins onéreuse que 2€ la mini mini bouteille), bien situé : entre 2 plages, possibilité de se garer...

Super pour la famille !
Super établissement pour la famille avec des petits enfants (12 ans max ?). Les équipements sont adaptés aux enfants, les équipes d'animations sont superbes, les animations disponibles tous les soirs et adaptées à la famille. Séjour entre amis / adultes sans enfants, ce n'est pas le meilleur endroit (aucune sortie possible à proximité sans voiture). Les habitations sont convenables. Un manque de fenêtre dans la salle de bain laisse la pièce toujours humide et "lourde" mais sinon les mini-studios sont convenables. Le ménage est fait tous les jours sans reproche. Avec vue bord de mer et RdC nous avions une place de choix ! La qualité des repas (formule all inclusive choisie) est bonne sans être exceptionnelle. 3 restaurants disponibles : un "buffet", une pizzeria, un restaurant spécialités espagnoles (sur réservation). Il y a du choix, chaque jour les plats changent un peu. De bons plats au final ! Là encore, les équipes services au top : souriants, accueillant, serviables. Un bar ouvert toute la journée est également disponible. On notera un léger choix de cocktails, mais les classiques sont là. A noter également que, l'hôtel disposant de plusieurs piscines, celle plus à l'écart dispose de son propre bar. A noter également, une excellente connectivité WiFi dans tout l'hôtel. Si nous en avons la possibilité, nous retournerons certainement dans cet établissement !

Wspaniałe miejsce na rodzinne wakacje. Piękne widoki, urocze plaże, dużo atrakcji, fajne baseny... smaczne jedzenie i sympatyczny personel... dobra jakość do ceny... bardzo sprawne wifi w cenie pokoju... na minus łóżka na kółkach.... rozjedzaja się po całej sypialni... męczące... Ale generalnie godne polecenia miejsce jeśli się ma racjonalne oczekiwania...

Das Hotel ist eine große Anlage mit mehreren Häusern und Apartmentblöcken. Rezeption und Haupteingangshalle versprechen einen höheren Komfort als die Appartements tatsächlich haben. Die Reinlichkeit war unterirdisch, unser erstes Zimmer beherbergte hunderte von Ameisen und in unserem Wechselappartement wurde nur oberflächlich bis gar nicht sauber gemacht. (sämtliche Haare im Bad lagen tagelang dort, ob in der Dusche oder vorm Waschbecken, die Rückstände in der Toilette bei Neubezug erspare ich an dieser Stelle auszuführen). Die Lage ist gut und schön, jedoch ist ein Auto sehr hilfreich, da in der Nähe nicht allzuviel zu finden ist. Die Busse fahren nicht immer regelmäßig

Great place to stay
We went for a short stay, but was very pleased with the resort, room was clean and tidy and nice powerful shower. Food was nice and plentiful, and bar was fully stocked (recommend the San Francisco with or without alcohol). There's a children's club and also adult activities to keep everyone busy, and 3 lovely beaches within walking distance. Only negative was the beds were very very firm

Paradis pour enfants, moins pour leurs parents
Un bon séjour dans l'ensemble, mais avec quelques petits soucis. Le petit-déjeuner, en mode buffet, était copieux. Les buffets midi/soir étaient copieux, diversifié mais peu varié au cours de la semaine. Si on s'en tient à un type de plat par jour (viande, poisson, pâtes, etc.), il y a moyen d'avoir l'impression de variété. Généralement assez de fruits et de légumes. Le "all-inclusive" vaut la peine. Nous avions un "appartment with sea view" dans la partie Est. Très tranquille, vue et levers de soleil magnifiques. En revanche, il semblerait qu'ils aient oublié de traiter le bois contre l'humidité: les portes sont complètement gondolées et font un bruit très désagréable lorsqu'elles sont opérées. Difficile de dire si c'est général pour ces appartements ou juste un manque de chance avec le notre. Assez mauvaise insonorisation. Matelas très dur et peu confortable. Côté animation, c'est le top. Les clubs pour les enfants font des activités variées et adaptées, et les enfants peuvent participer au spectacle pour enfants du soir. Les spectacles à thème du soir sont variés et souvent intéressants, et souvent OK pour les enfants. Pas vraiment de disco. Il faut reconnaître l’énergie prodigieuse de l'équipe d'animation, qui est bien multilingue et motivante. L'hôtel est sur un promontoire rocheux (d'où la vue) avec 3 plages sympathiques à moins de 5' de marche, dont une via un chemin aménagé à travers les rochers. Les plages n'étaient pas surchargées lors de notre séjour...
