The comfortable Cristofol townhouse in the north of Mallorca offers an authentic Mallorcan village experience. This holiday home with private pool offers space for up to seven guests. Two partially covered terraces, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, invite you to enjoy your breakfast, soak up the sun or have a barbecue. The pool area is on the same level as the main living area and has an outdoor dining area. The gently sloping pool is accessible via steps and offers shade. The house also has a private garage for parking.



Inside, the bright interiors have a classic Mallorcan design. The living room opens onto the dining area, which leads to a large terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a utility room and another dining area with direct access to the pool. On this floor there are three cosy double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a single bedroom and a second bathroom with a shower.



Cristofol is ideal for leisurely walks and hikes as well as excursions to the sandy beaches of the bay of Alcúdia, just 20 minutes away by car. The hotel is located in the quiet village of Campanet, shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance and Alcúdia beach is around 18 km away.
