'Beds are super uncomfortable it feels like sleeping on the floor. Worst sleep I’ve ever had especially for a place advertised as “luxury”. It’s not luxury at all. Very misleading. Aircon is super mouldy and stinks. no proper blankets provided for the beds. Would never stay here again. I’ve stayed in 100’s of hotels and motels around Aus and the world and this by far had to be the worst one.'

'Room was great - comfortable, clean and spacious. Reception staff were welcoming and accommodating. Location was close by to our reasons for staying. Criticisms- whilst my dietary requirement was catered for at breakfast, it was done so with an air of annoyance as if I had a choice (I wish I didn't have my condition) pending which chef was on and how busy/understaffed the restaurant was.
