There is so much attention to design detail, with everything from quirky options of messages to leave on your door for housekeeping, to local books left in your room, in case you need a good read. Everything is in top condition, and for something rated as three-star, it has everything a much more highly rated hotel delivers, including a fully stocked mini-bar. The restaurant is good and has a nice outlook. The young staff are very polite...

'The staff was superb; extremely friendly and helpful. Hardworking troopers during hard times, considering that most have family members fighting in the war. Under different circumstances, I would have stayed longer. I am sure this area will be overrun with tourists, once Ukraine wins!'

'The breakfast had an amazing variety of food. All of it delicious. The room was great, although too warm at times. However we had a door to the balcony to cool down. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Perfect place to base our visit to Lviv. '
