'Make sure to go right next to the apartment to check in! There's a big sign that says San Carlo Hotel - you check in there for the apartment. Clean, big, has AC, very close to everything. Very good for the price.'

'Owner was very responsive and the listing is spot-on. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Lovely garden, patio and hammock in which to relax. Property is well-equipped and clean. Easy 9 minute walk to downtown Lugano where there is plenty of restaurants and shopping. The property isn’t air conditioned and open windows can lend themselves to a bit of noise from cars passing by, but it’s a lovely property in a great location.'

'The apartment was clean and had all the necessary cooking / dining equipment. The check in process was a bit convoluted with entry codes only being sent a few days before we arrived. This was unnerving as we were already in transit, but ok in the end. Location was good being 12 minutes walk from the station.
