The accommodation is located in one of the best areas of the city, in a central area, just a few steps from La Malagueta beach and facing the Muelle 1 shopping center. Its modern design and amenities are designed to ensure your comfort and entertainment during your next adventure in Málaga. The studio consists of a double bed, a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet. Additionally, a beautiful living room that shares space with the kitchen, equipped with all the utensils you will need to prepare your favorite meals and a dishwasher to take care of the dishes.



This space is modern, welcoming and perfect for relaxing, enjoying and discovering the best of Andalusian culture.



Remember that moving around the city to the main points of interest will be much more practical due to the proximity of the studio's location. Additionally, Málaga has an extensive network of trains and buses that will connect you with the other points you need. Ask us if you have any questions.



*Currently, renovation works are being carried out in the building, which could generate occasional noise.



For reservations of more than 7 nights, a weekly cleaning of the apartment is included.



Please note that for bookings of 28 nights or more:

1. You will have to sign a rental contract

2. Public utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the bills are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

3. You will have to pay an additional administrative fee of 125 EUR
