Hotel Boutique Teatro Romano heeft de perfecte locatie, alles ligt op loopafstand. Het hotel is schoon, het ontbijt is sober, maar prima. De kamers zijn ook prima, hoewel er geen mogelijkheid is om er thee of koffie te zetten. Maar er zijn genoeg cafeetjes en restaurants in de directe omgeving. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Omdat het hotel in het centrum ligt hoor je natuurlijk wel wat herrie, maar de ramen zijn goed geïsoleerd waardoor het vrij goed gedempt wordt. Prima hotel!

Ziet er mooi uit, fijn bed. Vind wel dat je voor de prijs zaken als ijskastje, koffie- en theemaker en tissues mag verwachten. En eigenlijk ook ontbijt, de elf euro extra was voor iets zeer basaals.

The property is right in the middle of city life with its Many cafes/restaurants and a short walk to the waterfront. It was a bit difficult to get the room door to open (its too fancy of a lock). A simple key or key card would be just fine. Otherwise we enjoyed the bkfst (not included) and the location, as we only stayed one night in Malaga.

Situated in the city center, everything was within walking distance. Train station and bus services were excellent. Windows are high quality so no city noise! Air conditioning worked great. Staff was very accommodating and packed us a lunch as our check out time was early!

Hotel overall is lovely and in a great location, room was nice but looked out onto a brick wall with no view (room 15 same floor as reception). We asked for an upgrade but non was available. We were also next to a stag party, who were extremely noisy at 4am in the morning, fighting, shouting etc. and there is no one on reception after 9pm. I would not recommend a single traveller staying here as it was really intimidating.

Lovely room. Windows made a perfect seal from the noise in the bars outside. The locks on the room doors however, were bizarre. Nobody in any of the rooms could operate them without several attempts and so every time someone in the coridoor opened their door, you were woken by repeated loud electronic whirring noises, until they managed to enter or exit!!

The hotel was a little gem. Its location is fab, in the heart of the historic centre, with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes all on the doorstep. Very clean. Carmen the receptionist was great, so helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for her. We would definitely stay here again.

A fabulous hotel in a beautiful location. Spotlessly clean. Soundproofing of bedroom insured a peaceful night's sleep despite being in a vibrant area. We struggled a bit with the lock on the bedroom door and were a little concerned if we needed to exit in a hurry? Breakfast was adequate but the addition of hard boiled eggs to accompany the cold meats would have been welcome!

Hotel Boutique Teatro Romano
3 night stay for a weekend break, Hotel Boutique Teatro Romano was perfect for our requirements. We were arriving late, after reception closing time but the communication with hotel re the late check in procedure was excellent and worked perfectly. The hotel was very light, modern and clean and the staff extremely polite and helpful. We needed help with the aircon which was sorted immediately. We were room only basis so had lovely comfy double bed, clean white modern en-suite shower room. Safe, hairdryer, kettle, tea & coffee, liquid hand soap, hair and body wash all provided. Hotel position was perfect for walking distance to everything. Also, at first, slightly worried that main access door next to Burger King, opposite cinema & room above El Pimpi Restaurant that noise might be a problem but the hotel room triple glazed windows meant we never heard a thing. Also, stored our bags for us on check out day as flight not until later in the day, enabling us to enjoy a few more hours exploring hands free. Great hotel, would recommend and would definitely stay again.

A gem of a find!
Cannot fault the location looking out onto the Roman Theatre! Smallish room without comfortable chairs - but triple/quadruple glazing to keep noise/heat out of room. (Air-conditioning) Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Fab boutique hotel
Fab little boutique hotel nestled in the bustling centre close to all The restaurants, bars, the castle and the teatro. Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast and clean rooms. Would definitely go back and recommend.

Great location very friendly staff good breakfast Very good value for the price paid Everthing was exceptional only small issue we had was the sofa bed wasnt very comfortable and there was no sheets left to use it was late when we discovered this but we managed..took one from my friends bed .He went for an early morning walk and i used his bed which was very comfortable

This lovely little hotel is offering more than what you paid for. My room was ready before my arrival so I didn’t need to wait until the normal check-in time. The location is excellent, right in the middle of city Centro, it is close to everything: the beach, the Roman theatre ruins, Alaczaba, museums, the Catedral, all the restaurants & bars etc. The room is sound proof so no need to worry about the noise. It is nice, clean and spacey. The place feels safe due to the special door lock. Air-con was working perfectly quick, every day the room was tidied up and refreshed. If you are going to be missing the breakfast time, the staff will prepare a picnic for you. I will definitely come back next time.

En general todo estuvo perfecto. El hotel es pequeño pero muy bonito, las habitaciones están bien. Quizá eché en falta pequeños detalles como un peine o cepillos de dientes y dentrifico. Pero en general todo perfecto.

We had organized a late check in we followed the hotel instructions for access but alas they forgot to leave us a key in the secure box . Not a great start 😭. Had to phone ah number finally got access. Enjoyed rest of our stay

Nice place, theater can be seen from the room, everything in walking distance. Room is cozy, breakfast is small but offers everything you need. As most areas are rather small, you have to pick a breakfast time in advance. Good place, nice staff, can recommend.

Smart, small, clean and modern/new. Lonely Planet gave it an excelleny accurate starred review a few years ago that still applies. Breakfast is extra but good value. Not a grand hotel, but an excelllent one.

This hotel is fantastic. We got booked here as our original booking got messed up by VRBO and they arranged a night here. The place is small and just lovely. It is very clean and modern with all the amenities that you need such as hair dryer and shampoos ect. The front desk staff were brilliant and super friendly that we added an extra night to our stay there. It is opposite the Teatro Romano so in a perfect location. You can buy breakfast if you want but we opted to go exploring around. I would most definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
