« last time I was there, there were renovations... and so I was very upset... this time, no renovations, at least not at 8AM in the morning. The furniture of the hotel are not new... but the hotel in general is well maintained. it's basically more pratical for my needs, than anything else. »

« J'ai choisis cette hôtel en me basant sur les photos et les avis des différents utilisateurs, pensant recevoir un service de bonne voire très bonne qualité. C'était une erreur! L'enregistrement a pris plus d'une vingtaine de minutes, alors qu'il n'y avait que deux clients avant nous. Le soir, nous avons décidé de dîner à l'hôtel. « L'accueil est excellent, on se fait contacter par téléphone avant même l'arrivée. Les informations fournies sont claires, l'anglais est bien parlé. La propreté est exemplaire. En 10-15 à pied, en passant par le parc municipal de la ville de Banska Bystrica, on arrive au centre de cette ville très agréable à vivre. Les habitants sont partout très accueillants. « This hotel is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. There is a seating area that they provide with a coffee/snack area, along with a breakfast area. This hotel is up the hill with restaurants nearby. Since parking is provided - use this space and walk around as there is little parking available in town. »
