Good price quality ratio
The hotel is located very closely to downtown and the top attractions of the city which is great, you can just walk a few minutes everywhere. The service personnel really makes the effort here, the rooms are quite clean, they give you tips and help you where they can. We had the waffles for breakfast which were delicious. One little thing but the hotel can’t really help: we had hotel guests that were quite loud at our floor. But for one night, totally worth it!

It was nice to spend time at the night market on weekends because it was close to John Kerr Street. It was good because the tourist attraction was close. At check-in, Victoria was so kind and sweet that she made me feel good. The hotel and the hoom were really pretty and clean. Thanks to you, I enjoyed my trip to Malacca. I want to visit again next time.

good location and easy to reach the attractive, it also local near the night market and restaurants, you can find he tasty food easy. The hotel is clean and staffs is helpful.Modern decorating but little bit small in size of the rooms. But it is enough to have a comfort stay for this trip.

Timez Heritage Hotel
Timez hotel is highly recommended. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is situated in the centre of Night Market on Jonker Street, perfect for families, couples and solo travellers who would like to visit the Night Walking Street and the Heritage Town on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Many eateries and bars around but not noisy which makes your stay fabulous.

The "Union Jack" room is located on the 4th level. The elevator only goes up to level 3, you'll need to lug your baggage up a flight of stairs. Everything in the room was great except for the overly cold aircon which can't be permanently set to a higher temp, and the squeaky toilet door that scratches across the ceiling when we open/close it. Had already feedback to the staffs on these. Otherwise, the hotel is right smack in the middle of Jonker street, is clean and comfy as well. We hope to go back again soon.

위치가 정말 짱이었어요. 존커스트리트에서 1분. 돌아다니다 쉬러 들르기도 좋은 위치, 존커88 + 청훈텡 사원 + 그앞 모스크 + 오랑우탄 + 키엘 벽화모두 도보 5분이내거리. 더블룸(20x호, 실제 3층)을 혼자 사용하여 여유로왔으나 둘이서는 살짝 갑갑할듯. 불 켜고 끄거나, 에어컨 작동하려면 침대에서 일어나야해서 불편(리모커누없음). 작은 냉장고 있음. 방문과 복도가 바로라 복도 소리 다 들려 옆방 사람 잘 만나야. 화장실 수압 좋고 뜨거운물 정말 잘 나옴. 로비 직원 친절. 벌레 1마리 발견하여 비오킬 열심히 뿌림.

Nice hotel & location, with lift so very convenience for seniors or kids or heavy items, also very conveniently located from Jonker Street & attractions. However the food (breakfast) provided was a little disappointing, set menu given not much choice, food are not tasty so we decided to eat outside instead. To improve the food quality & choices, then will be perfect choice.

Have stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time and still found it to be good. Very convenient, at Jonker Street and yet within walking distance to Mahkota. Staff were very friendly, hotel clean and comfortable and of good standard. Simple 4-option set breakfast included but wish there could have been more in fòod quantity though. Highly recommended.

員工人很友善，早餐有四種選擇，還不錯。地點雖然離夜市很近很方便，可是假日晚上會有點吵，大概吵到凌晨一點。電梯很酷。

Location was great but not much else
The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the busy area, yet a few houses down so its not too loud. However, our check in time kept getting delayed which was very inconvenient and the towels and blankets in the room were stained and dirty. When we asked an employee to help us with the door lock, we were told very rudely that "I can't do that right now, I'm very busy!"

방이 넓어서 좋았으나, 엘레베이터 공사중으로 3층....(한국으로치면 4층)까지 계속 걸어서 다녀야 해서 힘들었음. 하우스키핑이 제대로 이루어지지 않았고 요청해도 해주지 않음. 방에 쌓여있는 먼지가 굉장히 많음. 존커스트릿 중심에 위치해있어서 위치적으로는 굉장히 좋았음. 조식은 기대치도 낮았지만 그 기대치보다도 못미쳤음. 프론트 직원은 굉장히 친절함.

Convenient & cosy with great customer care
Relatively new hotel conveniently located in the heart of Jonker district where the night markets are. Stone's throw to quaint cafes and pubs, and local delights. Just a street behind the river, it was lovely to have morning walks across the bridge to where the red cobbled streets lead to the town's heritage sites. A very warmhearted team that is ready to offer genuine advice to local restaurants, and not "tourist traps".

Perfect location and good room size with breakfast
Few step away from Jonker Street night market, plenty of nice food around. Good room size and toilet. Room come with complimentary breakfast which was very good.

Gut renovated hotel, modern but lacking soul
Our room had no lift access and it seems to be built out of hollow partitions. Absolutely no soundproofing- at 10pm, we could hear loud music blaring from our neighbor (which is the staff quarters) Bedsheets and blanket are of a poor quality material, probably nylon. It was very stuffy and affected my sleep quality. New hotel but the showerheads are already leaking. Room was a little dirty with hair on the floor of the bathroom. Overall, I felt that it wasn't value for money.
