« Had a horrible stay at this hotel. Except the view from the window and the bedroom, everything was horrible. The toilet bidet was leaking and I had to ask someone to come fix it. The toilet flush was overflowing at times. I slipped and fell in the shower because the bathroom floor is made to be slippery. On top of that, they charged us exorbitant prices for any food we bought there; way above the Darjeeling average. »

« The room was great, lots of space, it was clean and well equiped. The bathroom also had everything a traveller could.posisbly need. It was also very easy to find and the reception staff were always eager to help. The breakfast was also good, in taste and variety. The only downside was the staff in the restaurant.
