Service was great and was able to check in earlier. The front desk personnel didn’t charge us early check in fee. They also delivered more drinks and tea bags when we called. The only suggestion is we have to call several times till someone answers. The front desk always empty and now one there, you have to wait for someone to come.otherwise it’s decent hotel nearby haram. Only 5 minutes by free shuttle offered by the hotel or 10-20 real by taxi

Everything is made to impress you. I loved it. Staff is very pleasant and very friendly. Granted it is not a walkable to distance to Al Haram but very convenient with a five minutes free shuttle every thirty five minutes around the clock. I would stay there again

This is barely a three star hotel, dirty and worn out carpets inside and in lobby, very inconvenient room layout with a single bedside table for four beds, every request takes 3/4 calls and finally room service probably took my earbuds while doing housekeeping!

Hôtel très lointain de la mosquée El Haram, équipements très moyens services médiocres ( l’eau dans les robinets d’eau a été coupées pendant 3 heures en plein jour par exemple) la réception ne répond jamais aux multiples appels Je ne conseille personne a y aller !!!!????

Not picky , but old place
Good location for Umrah visit. Hotel is old and needs upgrade real bad. Good thing they had bus service to and from the Haram. Breakfast was very nice and lots of choices. Economical pricing. Grocery store and other items shops on lobby level so shopping was a breeze

People nice. Room was a little dirty not bc wasnt cleaned but it was just old. Carpet was dirty and walls seemed like theyre starting to crack. Hose in the washroom leaked everytime we used it. It was good and accommodated our one night stay.

The rooms are old a little bit but overall it’s pretty good. You’ll need a transportation to Alharam, the hotel offers a shuttle service every 30 minutes also you can take taxi 10-20SR.

Room was good , clean for the price. Has great breakfast. I called the front desk few times from my room, no one respond to my call. They did not care about customer service specially at night. Horrible bus transportation system. You need to be waiting about one houre for hotel bus in Haram main bus stop for hotel bus to show up to take you back to hotel.

A good safe bet...i stayed solo for 3 nights and it was very good stay, shutlle was readily available all the time 24 hrs, a bit far from haram but with shuttle u wont feel the distance....i read lot of reviews on other 3 star hotel like al kiswa, etc. Took this after lot of consideration and alhamdolillah it was good bet

I've been there last year that's why I came back everything was handy the staff were excellent the service was fantastic very clean the food was very tasty the manager for the breakfast kareem is been very helpful with a smile on his face we've been greeted by the receptionist with the smile job well done.

Das Zimmer hat gestunken, Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und schmutzig. Das Badezimmer ist eine Katastrophe. Lasst euch von den Hotelbilder nicht täuschen. Nie wieder.
