'My stay at the Swexan was fantastic. It was in close proximity to everything from restaurants, to shopping and business appointments. The corner King suite was beautiful and spacious. Room service and the parking attendants were super accommodating and friendly. I would like to extend a Special , "Thank you!" to Joey and Kuchinei in concierge. absolutely stand-out personalities! 'I travel to Dallas for work regularly. Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'Parking is done by a 3rd party company for both properties and is valet only. Valet crew was great helped out in the tight area that isvthe front of the hotel. Breakfast was the usual fare eggs toast waffles cereals and such. Did have bacon and that was a plus also didnt have to pay extra for it so that was a nice surprise. '

'Clean room, safe and secure inside, could benefit from an in room safe. Mostly quiet. I liked the water in the reception area. Adequate for the price point. I wasn’t used to the socio-economic conditions in downtown Dallas. It did feel edgy walking around in the area of the hotel. I understood the authorities are working hard to improve safety in downtown, significant police and security evident and very friendly and supportive of tourists.'

'The hotel was under renovation and we didn’t know when we booked it. The hotel and room were clean. Staff were excellent. I hate complaining about food, but for what we paid for breakfast I have to say it was disappointing. The potatoes were cold and hard. Not much to choose from either. Parking is $55 per night to valet. Another factor that wasn’t mentioned prior to booking '

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'The rooms were clean. The water in the shower took forever to drain. The location was awful. The web stated parking on site. It did not have parking on site. The person at front desk was not polite when I asked for help with the WiFi connection.'
