STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY! this place is horrible, has mold. Need upgrades. the elderly property manager and her maid talks about people and they are only about money. The levy tax is all they are concerned about, pay your money and stay at a better place, PLEASE! You will be disappointed here

Great Stay & Great Service
We had a wonderful time staying at The Palm. Some highlights include a short 15 minute walk to the beach where there is a lot of space you can use for yourself. The beach was clean too. The hotel staff gave us plenty of options to explore around the area including an island tour which we decided to partake in for a reasonable price. There are many shops around the area if you want to save money and eat / cook cheaper meals in the room. Our room was located on a steep incline so be prepared for that. Otherwise great stay!

The hosts are friendly, professional. The staff was efficient. We were here to hit the beaches anyway :) but we did stay in a day as it was raining. Thats when a kitchen and washing machine helped a lot. The apartments are located close to many supermarkets. Ì

Our stay at The Palm
We stayed here for 2 nights, small family. The self-catered apartment is nice it self. Clean, big and with good view ( we got upper one ) It is stated that this is up in the hills 15-20 min to walk to Beau Vallon just as you know you will be happy with it. It is no problem to walk, but when it is dark we felt unsafe to walk along the road with small children ( no walkway ) so you must bring flashlight or take a taxi or have a renta car. Nice with the small swimming pool. Unclear when reception is open so a bit difficult to get help when we needed. Communication is also important part of a stay for us. We asked The Palm in advance to arrange taxi for a planned restaurant visit in the evening and also to go to the jetty early in the morning. Driver never came. We were 1,5 hour late for the dinner and also had to find a driver for the jetty ourselves. Owner said she was available on WhatsApp when she was not there, but was not possible flr us to reach or call when we needed. Our comfort was also partly disturbed by neighbours dogs barking all night.

Very warm welcome on arrival day, incl. lots of information regarding the island and on events and proposals for tours. We also get very good support on booking a day trip to the Saint Anne Marine Park, incl. all fees and creole lunch buffet. Very very good and daily room service. This is a very nice, safe and well-groomed place, what we definitely would book again!

Lovely quiet setting in a more residential area of Bel Ombré and is about a 10-15 minute walk to Beau Vallon beach. Large self-catering apartment with two decent sized rooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen and lounge area with access to a balcony overlooking the pool. Room was cleaned and tidied everyday. Christine was a fantastic hostess, very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I felt she went out of her way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend and we have left Seychelles with many fond memories. Hopefully we shall return in the not so distant future!

Nice, modern throughout property with great spaces and wonderful vistas over the Beau Vallon bay. Very helpful and accommodating staff. The grounds of the complex well maintained, plenty of colourful and diverse flowers. Could not find anything to dislike about the property.

As a small establishment, once all guests are settled in, they tend to venture out from 10am and return after 5pm. I am generally about up to 1pm or later if I have guest appointments or afternoon check in. However, I am always available through my staff, namely Rosita who was assigned to take care of your apartment. We also provide free WiFi which will enable you to reach me or the owner 24hours a day. Nice clean apartment with everything you need for your stay. Car needed as away from stores and restaurants. Very helpful advice provided on places to visit, eat etc. One thought for improvement is outside path lighting. It was difficult to see walking to/from car after dark. Good area to stay for exploring Beau Valon, Victoria and surrounding areas.

Extremely nice apartment, well appointed and very clean. Great staff, friendly and very helpful. Our flight was delayed and someone was waiting for us at 3 AM to give us access to the property and our apartment. Great location, walking distance for the beach at Beau Vallon. I will definitely stay there again during my next trip to Seychelles.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gäste. Helfen kompetent beim Organisieren der Ausflüge. Wohnung war sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auto ist unbedingt notwendig.

Tolles Hotel, dass wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden (bzw. schon getan haben). Auto empfehlenswert. Haben von dort aus die ganze Insel erkundet. Tolle Strände in der Nähe und per Auto in 5 Min. zu erreichen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit gigantischer Aussicht
Bei unserer Ankunft, die schon morgens um 7.30 war wurden wir bereits mit einer sofort beziehbaren Unterkunft und einem leckern Frühstück begrüßt. Der Kontakt war immer sehr freundlich und die Mitarbeiter haben uns in allen Belangen geholfen, auch als wir einen spontanen Kurztrip nach la Dique planten. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Seychellen Urlaub mit Sicherheit wieder ein paar Tage im Palm einplanen Herzlichen Dank an dieser Stelle noch mal an das ganze Team

They really go the extra mile..
We (a family with one child - 2 years old - and a baby - 7 months old) spent 14 amazing days at the Palm Seychelles. The hotel is very close to several supermarkets, not far from the beach (a 15 minutes walk to Beau Vallon), has a very nice view and is extraordinarily clean with a lovely swimming pool area. The apartments are really big with fully equipped kitchen and tasteful furniture. Breakfast was excellent with fresh tropical fruits etc. With respect to service they really go the extra mile - Christine, the hotel manager, is very smart and has very helpful advices with respect to trips around Mahe, to the other islands, car rental etc. We recommend to rent a car.

Tolles Zimmer & nettes Personal
Das Zimmer war unglaublich toll und das Personal war sehr nett (Christin und Corinne). Es ist alles wirklich toll und die Küche bietet alles um sich selbst zu versorgen. Super! Leider liegt das Hotel ein wenig abseits und es wird ein Mietauto benötigt um zum Strand oder zu einem Restaurant etc. zu kommen. Oder man erledigt alles mit dem öffentlichen Bus, was zwar auch eine tolle Erfahrung ist, jedoch in den Ferien vermutlich eher nich gesucht wird.

The Palm Seychelles has nice, spacious apartments: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, sitting room and fully fitted kitchen, total of approx. 90 m2. However, staff is only available few hours a day, and there are no services beyond the apartments. The gated access is always locked, and you need a remote to open it. So please make sure to prearrange arrival time, since otherwise you cannot get in, and you risk that there would be no one to handover the room to you. So The Palm Seychelles is not a hotel, but once you understand how they operate, it is a good place to be.

Nice apartment with a beautiful view
A spacious apartment with kitchen and two bedrooms. Loved the balcony with the beautiful view and sounds of the rainforest. Management was very nice and helpful. The cleaning could be a little bit better and the kitchen supplies could need a little uppdate. Nice area to stay in. A car is recommended. Beau Vallon is 5-10 min drive and Victoria 15-20 min drive. There are nice hiking paths that are very close by car.

Kan varmt rekommenderas. Särskilt med hyrbil.
Väldigt trevlig lägenhet med bra utrustning. Toppenfin utsikt från balkongen. Trevlig föreståndare som var mycket hjälpsam med olika saker. Enda nackdelen är väl att det är en bit att gå till stranden (i värmen). Beau Vallon stranden är jättefin. Betyg 4,5 av 5.

Excellent facilities
I had a great experience staying at the palm. The apartment was in excellent condition. The palm is very close to the beau vallon beach and Victoria, so it's very easy to get to most of the places in mahe. The only problem I had was that there were too many mosquitoes but that's very common in Seychelles. Also, the housekeeping staff was very good. They sprayed the insecticide every day which helped a lot. It's a great place for families to stay.

Perfect place for a small family
Our 2 bedroom apartment with the beach/mountain view and pool access was perfect for our small family, very close to the beach (Beau Vallon) and other facilities such as supermarkets and a small drive to Victoria. The kitchen was well equipped, good cleaning facilities were available and the manager Imtiaz and Cristine were very friendly and always ready to help at anytime. Security was not a worry, you will safe at all time. We had a fairly good internet access although we were warned beforehand that the island experiences bad connection. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Flott opphold på The Palm
V var en familie på 11 - besteforeldre, barn og barnebarn - som bodde på The Palm 10 netter. Vi hadde 3 leiligheter med to soverom og to bad i hver. Leilighetene var store og fine med god plass og store balkonger med flott utsikt, fint møblert og med TV med internasjonale kanaler. Det eneste som manglet i leilighetene var hårtørrer og oppvaskmaskin. Oppvasken ble tatt hver dag av sevicepersonalet som kom og stelte leiligheten, men for oss som var så mange hadde det vært fint med en oppvaskmaskin. Lite basseng på fellesområde. Vi ble godt mottatt av eieren som kjørte oss til nærmeste butikk så vi fikk handlet inn det mest nødvendige. I resepsjonen satt Christine som var veldig hjelpsom og ordnet med transport og utflukter, alltid blid og imøtekommende. NB! resepsjonen stenger kl 14. Anlegget består av 3 hus, ett med fire leiligheter med to soverom i hver, ett hus med to tilsvarende leiligheter, og en villa med 3 soverom og eget lite basseng. Vi kommer gjerne igjen til dette anlegget og anbefaler det gjerne både til familier og mindre grupper.

Great location staff very helpful booked all our trips and arranged car hire for us,went out of there way to make sure we got the most out of our trip. Would recommend to everyone.

Perfect hotel, service, owner, reception...
We were a group of 4 and stayed at The Palm Seychelles for 8 nights. First great impression: our transfer from airport to the hotel was organized perfectly! Then, Imtiaz welcomed us, explained everything, he even drove us to the store the first day! He and the reception organized our rent a car, everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment (two bedrooms with balcony, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and terase) had an amazing ocean view! It was very clean, modern, with all amenities: kitchen utensils, hair dryer etc. Apartment was cleaned daily, towels and bed sheets changed regularly. We even had some flower decorations waiting for us upon arrival, nice detail from our cleaning ladies, they were very friendly. Beds were really comfortable. Kirstin helped us a lot with recommendations where to go and what to visit. We couldn't believe how friendly everyone are, helping us and answering million questions we had :) We will definitely recommend this accommodation to our friends and we hope we will come back to Seychelles again!

Great for families
The team at The Palm are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The apartments are spacious and our balcony had a terrific view of the sea. Travelling as a family with 2 children, it was great to have a good size kitchen and sitting room so that we could feel at home, rather than being in just a bedroom for our 2 week stay. The washing machine was a bonus, so I didn't have to return with suitcase loads of dirty washing! The little pool was great and we never had to share it with anyone.

Haben uns wohl gefühlt!
Wer Individualität und Hotelkomfort verbinden möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns von den positiven Bewertungen leiten lassen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und in vielen Dingen entgegenkommend. Die Räumlichkeiten bieten viel Platz und sind angenehm sauber. Einzig das Bellen der Hunde in der Nachbarschaft erschien uns etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Verschmerzbar, denn ansonsten haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Oase der Ruhe
Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment. Grosszügige Küche inkl. Waschmaschine. Frühstück mit frischen Früchten von den Seychechellen an der Cascade im tropischen "Dschungel" sehr schön. Wir konnten uns sehr gut entspannen und erholen. Auto, Ausflüge nach Praslin und La Digue und Wanderungen können direkt vor Ort kompetetnt gebucht werden.
