'Ray at the front desk was great - very pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast choices were great. The lady putting the food out was helpful in answering my question. The rooms had hardwood floors so I could hear the activity/movements in the room above us. We were there for the weekend and I was disappointed that my dirty towels had not been picked up and new ones had not be issued, nor were the trashcans emptied. Ray did give me clean towels upon request though.'

'First room was dirty. We got moved to another room and the cleanliness of the rooms are not the best. The close chargers were not as clear as they said they were. Both expedia or the hotel were not helpful.'

'Room was not the same as when I booked. When I questioned, I was offered to down grade to that room without compensation.'

'The hotel was very clean, however we booked the room because of the location to Fort Jackson and it had a pool. The pool however was not open until late Thursday afternoon. That was really disappointing since the weather was very nice at 85 degrees. If we were informed that the pool was not working we would have found another hotel for our stay'

'The hotel I picked was not a good choice on my part. Very rough area, broken down cars and trucks in the parking lot, and drunken arguments in the parking lot till late at night. Felt like a halfway house. I did not have any problems personally and the people I came across were nice.'

'They gave us a welcome bag, with water and snacks..Clean room , friendly staff, good breakfast, easy parking, has a pool and a work out room..TV with all the channels to watch ..I will give them 4 stars. Keep up the good work..'

'I ended in this place after my 1st reservation at Motel 6 was a total loss of money, time and stressful. After not being relocated due to horrible "Expedia" Customer Service, i was left stranded for "2 days" and had to book this place at least for 1 night to sleep with my underage brother. The reception area was decent, and the Customer service was great, I'm not going to lie. But our room just smelled like a humid old room and the restroom was dirty. We also found a black trash bag in our room...

'The breakfast was good. The rest of the hotel, not so much. The first room they put us in had a broken st a nd around the air conditioner unit, a broken lamp shade with a bare bulb hanging there, and the tub didn't drain while we were showering. I stepped on a fake press on nail on the bathroom floor. We asked to have the tub snaked while we were out the whole next day. It didn't happen so the seond night we were put in a different room. There were full garbage bags by the elevators all weekend....
