the view is amazing but you need to work for it. Indeed, the hotel is at the very top of a hill, and to call the shuttle you need to have a thai number to call the reception.... also, we wanted to order room service at 8pm, they told us they didn't serve anymore, while it was written 9pm in the hotel booklet.
Breakfast is okay, but same, the egg station is open randomly
