Modern hotel met centrale ligging. Meest bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. -Ruime inloopdouche met grote regendouche. -comfortabel bed -rooftopbar aanwezig al zijn drankjes aan prijzige kant. -uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met op verzoek gerecht uit de keuken -goede wifi -veel gezellige restaurants op loopafstand -prijs kwaliteit kan beter

Our stay was perfect! We got great service from checkin to checkout. Upon arrival our room was not ready but we where very early. They took our suitcases and kept them for us. We did not had to ask for this. When we came back later, our room was ready with the suitcases already in the room. We got a room upgrade and free late checkout as part of the Expedia rewards program gold membership. The room was very nice, clean and quiet. It featured a nice shower and bath. There was freshly cut fruit waiting for us on the desk and when we came back the same evening after dinner, the put out a soft blanket next to our beds with our slippers set next to it for the next morning! This really made us feel special! The lobby area and rooftop terrace are very nice! As a hotel guest you get free acces tot the rooftop bar. This is a real plus! Next time in Madrid we wil definitely stay here again. NH left a very good impression with us! Also the location of the hotel is perfectly, between the big park and the city centre.

The location was fabulous, the rooms were clean and the hotel bar/restaurant was vibrant. What was not great was the late night clubbing music I could hear from my room and the hotel is listed as a 5 start and while it is decent it is pretty basic to be rated 5 star.

Staff were extremely friendly & helpful especially Veronica at reception. Hotel is not so clean, room bathroom smells bad, at morning coffee at GF restaurant I got a cockroach in the cup. I’ll never stay at this place again.

This property was excellent service, excellent excellent breakfast it’s worth twice the value, the staff was excellent, including housekeeping. I would strongly recommend the junior suites. They’re very roomy and beautiful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing for the price.Abdul And his coworkers were superb extremely professional very kind. In owning four seasons, hotel residences, I can assure you my standards are very, very high and the entire staff. There were excellent Javier at the front desk. Along with his coworkers were superb. Special note goes out to the.bell guys Who handles your luggage and taxi related services? These guys were all excellent excellent. I have never seen something equal to what I received at my four properties but this particular hotel matched it. The superb very safe. There are two minor issues. They need to work on I would suggest they put a sign coming in the front door because the receptionist is up the steps, otherwise it looks like it’s just a restaurant. Maybe put a nice sign down there saying for receptionist hotel go up the steps. The second recommendation would be room service in the evening we attempted to order room service was extremely difficult with my friend speaking limited Spanish. I would recommend the front desk since they speak. English take the order and communicates it with the evening room service restaurant personnel , we felt rushed And since this is a international hotel, English covers different nationalities.

I knew it was a special property from the start. We pulled up to Valet parking and the valet asked when we were leaving. He said the valet was $40 Euro but street parking was free until 8am the next day. He said we could pay the meter now and for $3.70 we could park to 11am the next day. He jumped in the back of the car and showed us where to park. That is the service at this hotel. He offered my wife a coffee. I tipped him $20 and he deserved it. Very high end property. Room was fantastic and bed super comfortable. They had slippers for us. Awesome shower. Room was large but we had an upgrade. Rooftop was nice but after one drink we went to a better one a couple doors down. It was $5.50 but amazing. The location of this hotel is perfect.

This a great hotel in a really good location. Very walkable to all the great areas and places to visit in Madrid and at the same time on a slightly quieter street. The hotel has a really nice vibe to it. Clean rooms with comfy beds. Helpful staff. Amazing rooftop bar too.

We loved pretty much everything about the hotel. We looked terribly out of place (we are well into our 70’s) but were never made to feel that way. The staff are all lovely and very helpful. A shout out to Concierge Veronica for exceptional service! Lots of youthful energy. Our stay was a delight.

The room was very comfortable, quiet and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and polite (front desk, concierge, and room staff). I loved the breakfast buffet! excellent central location. One comment to improve: the room was a bit dark, and so was the lobby - it was hard to find a suitable place to read (other than the bed lamps which was great).
