'The room was clean and comfortable- bed a bit low and no armchair to sit in. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were helpful and very friendly'

'Really lovely staff, lovely room and great food. Only point to note is that the accomodation is above the pub, so if you go to bed early this may not be the place for you as some of the bar sounds can be heard until closing time.'

'The rooms are very noisy and under bad condition. '

'Lovely spacious room with large en-suite. Very clean with water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely little extra were the complimentary chocolates and sweets. Breakfast was excellent, excellent options, I had the Avocado on toast with poached eggs which was delicious and coffee was also good quality. Would highly recommend this hotel. Was great value.'

'dit hotel voldoet niet langer aan een vier sterren. Kamers zijn volledig gedemodeerd, ontbijtbuffet is heel basic, wij hadden onze kamer aan buitenkant hotel en daardoor ook geen internet, zoon sliep op een zetelbed met een matras van 2 cm (eigenlijk was het een matrasje die gebruikt wordt om op een tuinzetel te leggen!) Ramen zijn overal aan vervanging toe en mogen op zijn minst eens grondig gepoetst worden! '

'On arrival I was told I’ve been downgraded to a standard room after paying for a premium room. Pretty rude staff wouldn’t change your alter and just saying I will just take it off the bill at the end. That wasn’t the answer what the answer I wanted was I’m sure your room isn’t available, but we can upgrade you to Different room, ordered two £40 steaks meals most of it was Fat with about eight chips overall we won’t be coming back really underrated for what you'

'Staff could be more attentive around the spa area.'

'We had a really good stay. Only a flying visit to meet friends. The apartment was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with around a 10-minute walk into the main town, making it really convenient for exploring Worcester. We also parked in the pub car park next door, which was really handy, and enjoyed having a drink and some food there too. The car reg thing wasn’t working and we did check this with the pub staff. The only downside for us was the...

'Staff were lovely and the room was delightful. As always, the location is perfect for walking. Service in the restaurant is friendly but has room for improvement (eg taking plates away promptly, and presenting wine at the right temperature (red wine temp was good on one day, but far too cold the next). It would be useful when booking if it were clearer that there is a restricted menu Sun - Tues. Overall, we really appreciate the welcome here.'

'Great hotel with friendly service and good nice looking restaurant. I was comming in late so they made me a delicious sandwich to avoid going to bed without meal. I received a room with bathroom for disabled people. It would be good to have a squeegee there ;-). Nice parking space but maybe a slow loading station for electric cars would be a nice add-on. Breakfast starts a bit late if you target business people.'
