• For Grandparents or Group Leaders (Main Floor): The primary King suite offers single-level living with zero stairs required to access the kitchen, main dining areas, or the great room.
• For Individual Families with Younger Kids (Lower Level): The two expansive lower-level bedrooms feature both Queen beds and Queen pull-out sofas. This design functions seamlessly as private "family suites" right off the game room, complete with direct walkout access to the hot tub and lake walkway.
