« The casino is a great place to stay just off the highway in Hazel Crest/Homewood. However this is the second time I booked with Expedia that the hotel did not recognize that I paid for my stay in full in advance. Was told we would go to staff laundry room but they did not unlock it and when asked about it we were told not to worry it only gets windy and there’s never a tornado since she lived there. « The staff was great, but there were other noisy guests and someone was smoking weed next door one night. My last night was nice and the room was clean, but some of the other rooms (I changed rooms 2 times) didn't seem as clean. However, when I asked someone to clean the hairdryer case, they did. They are responsive and kind staff members. »
