9.2 van 10, Fantastisch, (701 beoordelingen)
'First impression was not favorable because of the ongoing works with regard to the Taipei subway, however the hotel turned out to be quite nice. Gym and swimming pool are in an ‘adjacent’ building. In house there is small laundry. Limited but good breakfast. Rooms are rather small. Toilet is very small (esp. for tall Europeans). Near to public transport (busses and subway).'

During my consecutive stay, I returned to my room slightly before housekeeping had finished cleaning. The housekeeper kindly said it was fine for me to enter, but while they were packing up their cleaning gear, I noticed they were using my charger—which I had left plugged in—to charge their own personal phone.

'Spacious rooms. Attentive and helpful staff. Located near multiple metro (and bus) stations, so it is easy to travel.
Lots of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood.
The hotel is located near a very busy intersection, but I heard very little noise from inside the room.
Some of the other guests were quite rude, but cannot blame the hotel for that.'

'Perfect location.
Across the street from a major transport hub where you can take a bus / metro / shinkansen etc to wherever you want to go. There is no traffic noise in the hotel and with a pedestrian overpass you never even have to cross the street to get there.
Shopping: three different malls within one block of the hotel (Global Mall / Mega City and Far Eastern). Everything from high-end brands to hawker stalls are within easy reach.
