'Clean room and friendly manager and staff. Very helpful '

'There’s definite room for improvement here. Our room wasn’t cleaned to a good standard the bathroom had stains, and the bedding felt old (we unfortunately encountered bed bugs). The TV wasn’t working, and the door system was unreliable, often requiring extra effort to get in. Food was on the pricey side for what was offered, and while the room includes a stove, it would help to have basic utensils and drinking water provided given the rates charged. The location and staff had potential, but...

'Great place indeed and i recomend it to you all'

'Een nieuw hotel vlakbij een groot winkelcentrum op loopafstand. Het personeel moet nog wel het e.e.a. leren maar zijn zeer vriendelijk. Ik had een kamer op de begane grond. Ruim en comfortabel met een goede badkamer. Ik kom hier zeker terug. '

'Wat een heerlijke plek om te zijn. Het hotel is prachtig vormgegeven en comfortabel. De kamers ruim, schoon en ook een lust voor het oog, zo mooi! If you have to stay in Lusaka, go there!'

'Good overall but I couldn’t sleep deeply because AC is a bit too loud and the room has too many pilot or glowing lights eg, phone, A/C control panel, etc'

'We only stayed for 1 night. We had a large room, big enough for the four of us. Breakfast was included, no vegan options as I did ask for prior to our stay. Dinner was average and cheap. '

'The Grand Palace Hotel is not a bad hotel. But it does not stand up to the high quality that is promised in the adds and on the website. Main problem is that in the details the cleanliness could and should be better: especially the joints between the tiles. And wow: does it take long before the water in the shower becomes comfortable...'

'Great and helpful staff in both locatons of Natwange. For a backpacker place we found it a bit expensive. We had the chance to sleep in two different bedrooms, and one of them had a good comfy bed whereas the other felt like it would break if we move. Not sure about the difference between the two locations. It would make the place also better with refurbished common bathrooms which need a makeover. Hotel transfer from airport was useful but also bit expensive for 25$. We ordered food once...
