'The apartment has been done up to look very modern, but it can't hide that there is a very old building underneath. The place is quite noisy, taking a warm shower audibly strained the water supply and the stairs up are steep and narrow (avoid it if you have heavy luggage or are of weaker health, seriously). While the location is fantastic, and the staff friendly, this apartment really isn't worth the money. '

'Heating system not working while being at -3 degree and the house isolation system is not efficient for winter, from the doors and windows you can feel the cold wind coming in. PLUS we had a plague of mosquitoes so we had terrible nights, mosquitoes in all the house.. We had to pay extra for towels and bed sheets.. 'Le logement est propre (quasi neuf) et l'emplacement est très bon. L'immeuble est sale (escalier / caves) Un seul jeu de draps pour 15 jours à laver soi-même (pas de sèche linge) Les tringles a rideaux sont justes collées à la peinture du plafond : elles tombent. Bilan : joli appartement bien placé, mais details de finitions à revoir et conciergerie inefficace.'
