Zeer goed hotel met heel goed ontbijt, je kan gratis met het OV in centrale regio door middel van pas die je via je telefoon krijgt. alles is op loopafstand en personeel wil je overal mee helpen!

Have stayed at the Cascada hotel a few times before and it has always been wonderful. This last time, I was assigned the one person room at the top floor and it was not as great: Room has an inclined roof for being in the top floor that makes half the room not walkable. Night stand on the side of the bed by the incline, so you can only get to it by rolling on the bed. Shower as small as I've seen them but ok. The toilet though, is crammed between the shower and the wall, and is almost unusable for anyone over 1.80m high. The hotel has other 1 person rooms that are as small but way more comfortable. My advise: if travelling alone, avoid the 1 person room in the top floor. Other than than, nice hotel and highly recommendable.

We had an WONDERFUL stay at CASCADA Boutique Hotel in Luzern. The hotel is in an excellent location next to the train station and in walking distance to the Chapel Bridge etc. It also has car parking facility but make sure to reserve it as the spaces are limited. We received a very warm welcome from Erwin at the front desk. The check-in process was very environmental-friendly as we filled in our registration details via a tablet as opposed to traditional paper reg card. Our room was in good size. It was specially prepared and our dog received his down bowls, bed and treat. The room was spotless clean. The only criticism was that they gave us two single duvets instead of a double one, which wasn't ideal. We had our dinner in the main hotel restaurant, which was a Spanish Tapas Restaurant. It was absolutely perfect! I did a separate review about the restaurant, and I would recommend anyone who stays in the hotel to dine there. The breakfast next morning was also excellent. Apart from usual breakfast buffet, we also ordered egg omelette which was freshly cooked. Service from the Asian-looking girl was great. We love the little details that this hotel puts efforts in - from the welcome drink station at the reception to complimentary umbrellas for guests to borrow. They even offered us bottles of water to take with us at the check-out. This hotel has wow'd us and it deserves 5*! Thank you and we would be back again!

Great hotel, great location close to the railway station and old town. Loved the bottles of water in the fridge at no charge, replenished every day. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Posso giudicare solamente la politica della struttura e di hotels.com in quanto non mi è stata data la possibilità di soggiornare qui nonostante avessi già pagato (prenotazione non rimborsabile).Ho avuto un imprevisto e ho chiesto di anticipare il mio soggiorno a due notti prima, visto che avevo pagato e che non mi stavo tirando indietro, avrei pagato anche una penale pur di dormire li (tra l'altro c'era disponibilità). Non avrebbero perso nulla, anzi. Ma mi è stato rifiutato da entrambi. Era la prima volta che utilizzavo hotels.com e sarà anche l'ultima.

The rooms are incredibly small as is the bed. It’s just 1,40m and it’s rock hard and uncomfortable. Also, it’s very close to the main station which is probably the reason why it’s very loud at night. The pillows are truly horrible to be honest. The bathroom lacks privacy due to a very thin sliding door. The room was very clean, but all in all I wouldn’t recommend for the price :-(

有好吃的西班牙料理的飯店
飯店離車站需要走7-8分鐘,拖著行李走,不是太遠,但也有一小段路。飯店唯一的缺點就是房間比較小。飯店一樓有一間西班牙餐廳,非常推薦到此用餐,非常非常好吃,價格也適中。還值得一提的是:前台服務非常積極熱情,有一位高大捲髮的男性前台人員給予我們非常多協助,讓我們旅途更多方便,印象深刻。

Genialen Service Team vom Hotel bis zum Restaurant sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es ist alles schön renoviert und sauber und die Ide mit den Büchern der Namensgebung ist echt was tolles,nur sind die Zimmern für zwei Personen echt klein geschnitten und eher Hellhörig.
