'Prachtig hotel.'

'Het is centraal gelegen en personeel was heel vriendelijk'

'It's always a pleasant stay'

'The decor was really something special. The room I stayed in was Marco Polo. Although a little on the dark side, the lighting was done well that you did not realise so much. The bath was amazing. The water temperature and how quick it filled up was great. My husband said the shower was fabulous and he did not want to come out. 'Uitstraling, locatie, fijne kamer '

'Hotel is heel mooie en schoon. Ook vriendelijke personeel. '

'Voelde mij er als solo reiziger erg veilig. Echt net hotel met aardig personeel.'

'Easy to find 15 a 20 minutes from the airport easy traveling. Very clean nice hotel. Control light tempature and onlock the door with your phone. Can store your stuff and bag and leave it there if your to early to check in. They have world chargers'

'Hele leuke Engelse pub waar je boven kunt slapen! De eenpersoonskamer had alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben, de locatie was op ongeveer een kwartiertje lopen vanaf Station New Street, goed te doen. Erg aan te bevelen, mede dankzij de vriendelijke eigenaren.'

'The rooms don't really look like the ones in the pictures, in reality they are a bit more worn down and DYI rather than the pictures which give a modern clean look. Cleanlyness is a bit of an issue, with grease on the kitchenettes, specs of blood on the bedding, even one of the clean towels. The whole hotel is also not maintenainted to the most profesional of standards, and really resembles a university accomodation rather than a hotel. The staff however are great, very friendly and helpful....

'Late check in, nobody there until 4pm, the parking they advertise does not exist'

'Nice friendly staff. Great location with walkable distances to major places. Rooms are nice and clean (but missing some freshness smell). Check-in could be better: even if you’re only half an hour early you need to pay £10 just to get to your room even if it is ready.'

'Great location'

'kamer niet in hotel maar apart gebouw verwarming stond niet op'
