The pool, hot tub and vending machines were all out of order. In our bathroom, no conditioner or soap in the dispensers. Then when we checked out, we had a charge on our hold credit card for $22.81 for “incidentals”. The same guy who checked us in last night was cleaning rooms on our floor when we were to check out. 'This was the second most best up place I’ve ever stayed at in the USA. No elevator and no rooms available on the first floor so my back hurts from carrying my super heavy suitcase up the stairs.
