« My air conditioning unit was very noisy all night long (it was very hot during my stay, so the unit ran almost continuously). When I arrived, my A/C was turned off, which I figured was because of how it had a knocking noise that kept me awake the first night. I reported it to maintenance, but they called me while I was working and told me the maintenance staff called in sick, so I'd need to move to a different room.
