**Key Booking Requirements:**
- 📝 Electronically sign the Short Term Rental agreement within 12 hours.
- 📷 Upload a government-issued photo ID matching the booking name within 12 hours.
- 📋 Provide a registered guest list; only registered guests are permitted through the entrance gate.
- 💰 Submit a refundable Security Deposit of $1000 before check-in.
- 📍 Local guests must specify the purpose of their stay before booking.
- 🚫 No day guests, unregistered visitors, or local family/friends to stop by. Anyone that would like to be on the property at any time must be a Registered Guest, regardless of if they plan to spend the night or not. 🛑

**Cancellation Policy:**
- ❌ Refunds are not offered for cancellations or date changes. Trip insurance is recommended.
