Villa's in Lovedale

'Overall a nice stay. Good location. Beware it is party central especially the night before weddings. Asked for one king to be twin beds, this was fulfilled but twins were nowhere near as plush and comfortable as the main king. No Nespreso pods, limited range of tea, coffee, hot drink options. Bathroom tapware came off in my hand when showering, but I'm sure they will fix this for the next guests. Little underwhelming for the price.'

'Very disappointing stay for my birthday. It should be noted that the Villa is located on the side of a hill and access is via stairs and steep pathways and it is a fair walk to the property particularly when having to make a few trips with luggage. The property did not appear to be well maintained as the dishwasher didn't work at all and was growing mould inside of it, all of the air conditioners appeared old, one of which was leaking water and held together with sticky tape, cleanliness was not...

'This property feels slightly neglected. The downstairs a/con did not work. The vanity lights in both bathrooms did not work (hard to do makeup). One lounge is stained, and dining chair covers are stained. My elderly father tripped on the area rug, it’s sticking up near the walkway. Some of the furniture is very old and looks shabby. I would stay in a different villa but not 791 again. '

'Accurate information is given online.Communication with management was excellent.The only small issue is a that there were a lot of stairs from the parking to the house. That can be a problem for older people.'

'Room was quite dirty. Visible areas dusty and drawers filled with wallpaper rolls and bits of wood. Managed by weekenda and would have received 20 text msgs or emails mainly telling us that we could be videoed and noise monitoring devices in room and the strict check out times. Nothing asking if we had any issues (even though they said they would check in after arrival to make sure all was ok). Would not recommend '
