'Our room was spacious and clean. Our oven wasn’t working, and we weren’t notified in advance. We stayed in building E and there was a lot of sargassum in that area of resort. A crew attempted to clean up the sargassum each day, but some days it was so thick that the crew couldn’t make much progress. The sargassum has a terrible odor and you can smell it as soon as you step outside.'

'We had a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic, with so much to see and do in the surrounding area. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. A special thank you to the front desk staff, especially Deva, who was incredibly warm and helpful after we had a stressful and unexpected flight cancellation. We were pretty frazzled, and Deva was patient and genuinely helpful throughout the whole situation. On the bright side, the cancellation gave us an unexpected extra day in St....

'The Buoy Haus is a beautiful place to relax. And also with full access at the Westin you get the best of both worlds. Tranquil and serene with great rooms, pools, bars and fun. Beautiful resort close enough to anything in a taxi. Only note…breakfast and lunch are great but skip the Isla restaurant upstairs and go to Oceana or SeaSalt for dunner. The only downside. The staff are super friendly and helpful!'

'This villa is in an excellent location, few minute walk to the old town and restaurants, grocery store, etc. Given the challenges finding parking downtown on St. John, that was a huge plus. A few minute walk down to the market as well. My wife loves that our unit is very clean and quality furniture including bed and linens. 'Hotel is verouderd en heeft dringed onderhoud nodig, zwembad is klein en ook verouderd. Restaurant is goed eten ok. Geen lift dus met zware koffer een hele toer om boven te komen als je niet op de eerste verdieping zit. 2 nachten meer dan genoeg om hier te verblijven. Heeft 3 sterren maar 2 sterren zou meer dan genoeg zijn'

'Beautiful spot right on the beach! All rooms have an ocean view and you can hear the waves at night. Water sports available on the beach. Kids loved taking the water taxi to Lime Out for a unique taco dining experience. It gets very loud on the weekends with multiple places blaring loud music all day. Not convenient located-you need a taxi to go anywhere, including the store for any snacks or essentials. The on-site restaurant has a limited menu and service is insanely slow, so prepare yourself...

'We stayed one night. For the price of almost usd 600 for one night we would expect better hotel. Breakfast was in a basket delivered to your room so you have to eat it sitting on your bed. Beside that it was a very limited breakfast. Environment is dangerous in the evening/night'
