Magnificent Villa with 4 bedrooms in Vilamoura with private swimming pool, terrace with dinning table for 8, and a garden equipped whith 8 sun loungers.



This property is only a few metres from the beach of Vilamoura, Vilamoura Marina, supermarkets, coffees, restaurants and Quarteira fishmarket and a few minutes drive to Pinhal golf course.

Transfer included from the airport to the villa and from the villa to the airport.

On the ground floor, we can find 1 spacious living room with fireplace, Tv, 3 windows with access to the pool terrace and an open space kitchen fully equipped with two windows, one of them with access to the terrace and BBQ.

You can also find a double bedroom with closet and window with exit to the swimming pool, a social bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom en-suite with wardrobe, bath and Tv.



On the first floor you will find 2 en-suite bedrooms, with a private terrace and a balcony with 2 sun loungers.

This great villa has double glazing and air conditioning in all the bedrooms.



This property is only a few metres from the beach of Vilamoura, Vilamoura Marina, supermarkets, coffees, restaurants and Quarteira fishmarket and a few minutes drive to Pinhal golf course.

This is the ideal property for your holidays as its location is unique. By staying here, you can enjoy all the benefits of the location just by walking or taking a small drive. Take the kids to the beach in a walking distance, go and buy fresh fish at the fish market in Quarteira, also not far from the villa, you can arrive at the property and cook this fish on the BBQ and have lunch enjoying a great view of the pool. During the afternoon you can take a swimm or relax on the sunloungers provided. At night, Vilamoura comes alive, this is when you can have a drink with friends or go for a walk to see the shops and the boats.

The Aquashow is one of the most known places in the Algarve for a summer day and it's only a few minutes driving from this villa.

Overall it was pretty good. Good house, location, kitchen was fully stacked . However, it was missing any cleaning supplies , garbage bags. Bathrooms had no toiletries and hot water was sparse and had issues with drainage. Each bathroom had a blow dryer, yet did it have an outlet to plug it in. Last thing, I be was trying to reach out to host but never got any answers from them, good thing we really don’t have any issues .

Great experience!

Me and six of my friends stayed here for a golfing trip. The property was absolutely perfect! Very clean, so convenient to the marina and the host was so helpful! Will be back 100%, couldn’t have asked for more.

Good location clean and tidy , lack of welcome pack and cleaning products disappointing

Good sized home in good location, however very disappointed at the lack of basic cleaning materials and cleaning products. In particular laundry facilities lacking (cloths horse in v poor condition, no pegs, no refuse bags or dishwasher tabs etc). No basic condiments in kitchen (not even salt and pepper) which for the price point was v disappointing . Property managers were helpful with having faulty doors repaired (required as security was a concern). Overall probably 5/10 for value for money (I.e. no extras what do ever).

Nice stay but uncomfortable beds

The home, location, amenities, cleaning and host were all great however the mattresses in every room are really terrible. The beds are super uncomfortable to sleep on so until they are changed I don’t recommend staying here unless you like very (rock) hard mattresses. Hopefully the manager and owner can attend to this issue since otherwise the place is great.

Great villa in a good location

The check in process was perfect and so easy. The property manager was really helpful and answered any questions quickly. Location is good as it’s just a short walk in to the marina, meaning that the villa is not in the crowded areas and therefore is nice and quiet.

This Villa is in a good location for the beach , Marina and shops and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday just a couple of minor things was when you are showering the hot water was a bit hit and miss and the beds were a bit too firm for us all. However these issues did not affect us having a great holiday in this lovely place.

Excellent family holiday at beautiful villa

The villa was beautifully maintained and very welcoming. Taxi driver struggled to find it on arrival - being tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac location. Location was excellent for us and our 3 kids. However, our elderly relatives struggled slightly with the walk to Vilamoura and Quarteria. (The villa is located approximately 1km to 1.5km from each). We really enjoyed our stay and wished we had been able to stay longer. The pool was a particular 'hit'. Would highly recommend and would love to return!

Sehr schönes Domicil

Das Haus war sehr schön. Wir waren mit 5 Personen dort und haben alle Räume genutzt. Ein bisschen schade war dass die Betten bei jeder Bewegung knarren und somit die Person neben einem jedes Mal wach wurde. Schade war auch dass der Pool für die nächsten Gäste sauberer gemacht wurde wie für uns. Ansonsten war es sauber und alle Geräte usw funktionstüchtig. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage um Ausflüge zu machen und der Flughafen ist sehr schnell und gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und sind von der Algarve begeistert.

Excellent Villa, spacious, clean, pool brilliant, the Villa got the sun all day but had shade.

Great location for the beach, walking to Vilamoura Marina or going into Quarteria, the varied choice of restaurants at both places meant there was always something for everybody.

Clean and tidy villa. Plenty of room and well equipped. Shame no heating for the pool but that did not spoil our fun. Great access to the local Quarteira shops and bars plus few minutes from the more touristy vilamoura. Would recommend

Great week stay

Well equipped holiday home and the staff were incredibly helpful and came to find us after we were abandon by our taxi driver as they had trouble finding it. The only problem was the gas hadn't been connected but this was rectified within 30min of letting them know. Will defiantly stay here again next year!
