This wonderful villa is new and was built with the best finishes. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family, relax by the swimming pool that changes color with heating option. Large game room with ping pong, pool table, table football, home theater, games and toys for children. Fenced pool, great views facing south and a great sense of well being and tranquility. The owner lives 5 minutes from home.
Four spacious bedrooms, two on the ground floor with en suite bathroom, two on the first floor that share the bathroom. Wi-fi; Cable TV with 100 channels; possibility to rent the best movies and the major film premieres;

 

Fully equipped kitchen and new with oven, microwave, dishwasher machine, kettle and coffee machine. Everything that you may need to create a wonderful meal. Sliding windows giving access to the terrace.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! The house was fantastic and very complete! We were well received by the owner and the communication was quite easy and nice. There is a plenty of space with a big basement. So nice! And we enjoyed the heated swimming pool as well! The house has got much extra’s and the surrounding area is more than worth coming back! Thanks to you, Nelson!

Spacious, well equipped villa. Pool added bonus. Games room good fun but lacks air conditioning. Pillows uncomfortable - could do with an upgrade. Hire car would be useful due to remote location however uber taxis are a cheap alternative. Nelson friendly, attentive host.

Excellent property and host in a private location

Just returned from a wonderful week in this beautiful villa.All rooms are spacious. Beds comfortable, rooms have en-suite, one shared. Spare shower down stairs. Kitchen has everything you need. A huge lounge enough for 10 people. Did not use the games room so cannot comment. The pool was wonderful, and heated if required.The location is a little away from the action but perfect for us. Vilamoura is easily accessed via an UBER should you want a nice meal out and a drink or 2.One downside is there is a short slope down to the property for anyone that has a mobility problem.The host Nelson is extremely approachable about any queries you might have, prior to or during our stay.

Fantastic Holiday

What an amazing Villa! The photos do not do it justice, the Villa is a jewel on the outskirts of Loulé. Just the entrance of the Villa let’s you know it’s a special place! Bedroom's were great, games room downstairs even better! Outside the pool was brilliant to keep us all entertained and allow us to cool off while experiencing the lovely Algarve weather. The bbq came in handy on most night! 10/10 from all us us. Thank you Nelson

Très bel endroit, luxueux et très propre

C’est un endroit fantastique et très bien entretenu, la piscine et cuisine parfaite, le propriétaire est fantastique et très serviable, air climatisé dans chaque chambre n’est pas très froid, les petits lits simple sont basiques et certains accessoires de cuisine sont désuet, mais nous avons passé un très beau séjour sans problème et très sécuritaire, je vous le recommande fortement

Great Relaxing Holiday

Nelson's house is fantastic. Very modern, more so than some of the pictures suggest. We had a fantastic time there as a family and made a lot of use of the games room located downstairs. Certainly one to return too.

Beautiful views, stunning villa, perfect stay

The villa is a great place to enjoy a holiday with family and large enough if some friends were also invited. The heated pool, downstairs games room and large bedrooms make the villa a perfect place to stay. The location is an excellent base to explore the area, only 20 minutes away from secluded beaches of Gale, less than 5 minutes away from supermarkets, shops, restaurants and markets in Loule and 10 mins away from shops and restaurants in Villamoura. Very close to the MAR shopping designer outlet and mall. Nelson was a perfect host, there if we needed him, we didn’t but it was good to know he would be of service if called upon.

Super villa in very quiet place. Nelson is absolutely lovely host. Perfect communication before and during the stay. Pictured don't tell you about how spacious villa is. Air-conditioning in every room, big kitchen, play room is huge. Heated pool is absolutely lovely even in cold weather. All bedrooms is very spacious. Big thanks to Nelson. Schönes Haus und super netter Vermieter
