"THE PRES" is a 5th floor Penthouse Suite with a large rooftop patio showcasing amazing River views. At 900 sq ft, this upscale unit has an open-concept studio layout and features: a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, a King bed (& sleeper sofa), a large bathroom, and laundry. "THE PRES" is in the 713 - a beautifully renovated historic building on Museum Row in downtown Louisville. In addition to this suite, the 713 includes: a 1 Bdrm, 2 Bdrm, and (2) 4 Bdrm units! Sleeps 2.

The space
The Penthouse Suite has an upscale yet comfortable interior. Beyond the living space is a large rooftop patio overlooking the Ohio River. Special accommodations can be made to rent "The Pres" for private events such as Thunder Over Louisville with advance approval from the hosts and additional fees.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the lobby and the Penthouse. The elevator key provides private access to the Penthouse unit. Guests will need to meet any visitors in the lobby and accompany them to the 5th floor. Only paying guests will have access to their units beyond the lobby.

Other things to note
Hosts typically do not rent to locals and this unit is not to be used for parties. The hosts will consider private events for additional fees, but it must be approved prior to booking.
