Villa Greca, Spanien

Villa Greca is a modern house with a pool that has been lovingly and tastefully furnished by its Spanish owners.

The villa is located on the outskirts of Los Llanos in the Los Barros neighborhood, slightly above the town center. From there, you can easily walk into downtown to shop, dine out, or enjoy an espresso (cortado) in the plaza.

Los Llanos is often considered the island’s unofficial capital, and its pedestrian zone and beautiful plaza make it a delightful place to stroll. A market is held daily in the market hall, where you can buy fresh fish, fruits, vegetables, and other local products.

The house is also an excellent starting point for hikes. Within 10 minutes, you’ll be at the Caldera, and from there you can hike toward Brecitos or into the Barranco de Angustias. You can reach La Cumbrecita in 15–20 minutes.



Villa Greca:

Villa Greca is situated on a large property shielded from view by walls. The entire property covers an area of 4,000 m². Avocados and bananas are grown on part of the land.
The property has two access roads. One is used exclusively by the owners, whose house is attached to the rear of Villa Greca. The access road for guests of the villa runs separately toward the pool area. This ensures undisturbed privacy.

The living area of Villa Greca (including the outdoor kitchen) is 180 m².
The front of the house faces south. The main entrance is located on the side.

Outside, the covered kitchen with a grill and a large table for 6 people invites you to linger. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped and also features a fridge-freezer combo.
Here you can enjoy both a day by the pool and long, cozy evenings with a good bottle of Palmerian wine.

The private pool (8.20 x 4.20) is sheltered from the wind. Four lounge chairs and a parasol make sunbathing perfect. An outdoor shower and a restroom are, of course, available.

The terrace in front of the house is ideal for breakfast in the sun, with a magnificent view of the pool, Los Llanos, the mountains, and the sea.

The terrace leads into the spacious living room, the kitchen, and the open dining area. These rooms feature high Canarian wooden ceilings, which lend them a particularly cozy atmosphere. The large sliding glass doors make the rooms feel very bright and inviting.

The living room features two sofas, satellite TV, and a stereo system. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. You can settle into the antique rocking chair with a book or romantically wind down the day by the fireplace.

A round arch separates the living room from the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything a cook could want: a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a separate freezer for groceries.
A few steps lead up to the first bedroom, which features two single beds and is decorated in dark wood tones. Adjacent to it is a bathroom with a hydromassage shower (open to the ceiling) and, separate from it, a toilet (separated both spatially and acoustically).
The owner has lovingly provided and decorated a hair dryer and other accessories for you.

Slightly elevated is the brightly painted second bedroom with one double bed. Here, the owners have opted for a modern style. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a toilet, hydromassage shower, and sink.

The entire house is very well-maintained and furnished to a high standard.
