We had a great room and experience except for the large cockroach that I had to kill in the bathroom. My wife could not rest at night after that.

Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort and Spa - All Inclusive
I booked during spring break. The resort does not respect the rights of non-spring break guests. It is really unfortunate. THey let the kids disrepect other guests, very unhappy with how hey handled a spring breaker throwing a drink in my grandaughters face. Very disappointed.
