« Wow! We arrived at 530 pm not knowing that they provide an amazing daily light dinner included in your stay! The spacious lobby and adjoining dining area provides ample space for this meal plus the abundant hot breakfast they served in the morning. Breakfast was very good with several hot and cold choices. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Our very spacious room was on the 5th floor and very quiet. Everything was spotless and well looked after. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs as well...

« 3 nuits sur place, hôtel bien situé, proche des autoroutes. Chambre très bien, très grande, top. Sauf : petit dej juste bien, machine à café toujours en manque d’eau, jus d’orange en panne, 3 petit dej identiques. Pas de ménage prévu pour les séjours jusqu’à 3 nuits, il faut demander des serviettes de rechange. Personnel sympathique, lorsqu’on les voit. »

« We stayed for 5 days and booked 2 rooms for our stay. Unfortunately, for 3 of those days we had no hot water at all. That is completely unacceptable, especially for a multi-day stay where guests are paying for comfort and basic accommodations. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the rooms was extremely disappointing. « Staff was not knowledgeable of what amenities where in each room. How can a place call themselves a extended stay with kitchenette and only having 1 chair to sit in, especially when there is more than 1 person in the room. Groups of friends of the staff just hanging out in the office area. Fridge took 2 days to get cold enough to have barely cold water. »

« The bed was amazing. Breakfast was not what I thought it would be. They only served eggs and sausage. Cereal was hard to dispense and not much of an option. Apple juice was great but no waffles or fruit. The place is clean but the fridge was loud. My card key had to be fixed everyday. But an upside, there was renovation happening so hope they are getting upgraded. »
