Welcome to our recently redeveloped Comfy & Easy for Central London self-contained 2 bed (1 king size) & 2 bathroom apartment with private back garden. Parks & Thames River 5 mins. Easy for London & Heathrow.

If you require three (3) separate beds for the 4 people staying in the apartment (both bedroom, double beds + sofa bed) then there will be an additional fee of £35.00 to pay for the 3rd bed linens.


If you are five (5) people we provide 3 beds, (including both bedrooms & sofa bed). The linen fees for these are included in the rates.

Our Apartment:
The apartment provides many essential items to ensure you have a hassle free start to your stay. Do remember this is a self-catering apartment. Items provided on arrival may require replenishment during your stay. If they do the run out you will only need to replace them if you need them during your stay. We will replace them after your stay.

Apartment dimensions & location:
The dimensions are, inside - 950sq feet (90m2) & back garden - 10sq feet (2m2). For our smokers you may smoke in the garden. We do provide an ashtray.


The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three (3) story house. There are two (2) other apartments in the building on the first & second floors.


Apartment availability:
The apartment is maintained by our Housekeeper & Co-ordinator extraordinaire, who prepares it immediately after the guests check out and it’s therefore available 24/7.


I use a safe key system for storing the apartment keys, which means you have no hassle access regardless of your time of arrival. The safe is located by the communal hallway area, which monitored by CCTV for your safety & security.


We are available 24/7 if you have any urgent needs, which you must address immediately. I provide full mobile, email an IM contact details for us once you’ve booked the apartment.

Guest Access:
Guests are provided with ‘Andrew’s local guide to Fulham’ 2 weeks before they arrive.
This explains how to reach the apartment by planes, trains and automobiles as well as many local places you can visit, eat, drink or go to during your visit.


The apartment located in Waldemar Avenue, is on the ground floor and was fully refurbished in 2015. Access is through the front door from the Avenue into the main building and then through the apartment main door, which faces you as you enter.
There is one low step from street level to the main front door, which leads you to the apartment. So those arriving with prams, wheelchairs or heavy luggage will have straightforward and easy access into the apartment.


Once inside access to all room is on ground level, so it is straightforward for people with mobility issues to move around. There is one low step down from the kitchen into garden.


Access to the apartment is obtained through a set of keys, which are stored in a key safe and easily accessible for guests. Details for these are provided once the booking is confirmed and approximately 2 weeks in advance of your visit.

My approach:
My approach is providing you, the guest, with the freedom you require to fully enjoy your stay. In advance of your arrival I will provide you with a ‘welcome pack’ that sets our contact details, how to get to the apartment when you arrive in London and what you need to know about the apartment when you arrive.

On arrival we can meet you at the apartment, if requested. If you’d rather the privacy & intimacy to enter the apartment on your own we’ll respect your request. After you’d checked in please do contact us via text or what’s app message to confirm all is well or ask any initial questions.


The morning after arrival:
The morning after you arrive, I will email you to check all is well, all is set up as you requested and ask if you have any questions for me.


Attending the apartment:
During your stay we may need to attend the apartment (change light bulb, fix toilet, check a fixture or fitting, et al). This rarely happens. We will provide you with 24hrs notice, only enter when you are there and do so between the hours 09h30 – 20h30. Unless you request a time outside of this.

A nice apartment in a great area

We stayed at Andrew’s place over the Christmas break. All in all a great vacation and we would stay here again Pros :- a very pretty area- check in was easy and communication was great! - really detailed (perhaps overly so?) welcome guide- strong and reliable WiFi signal (important when you’re travelling with teens!)- great location, we got adept at the buses and the tube and enjoyed going to a match at Craven Cottage and eating at the local restaurants (5 stars for Fishers!)- comfortable sleeping spots for us and our two older children- close to grocery shops to pick up the essentials- I just loved staying in an older home Cons:- it was chilly and damp. We were asked to turn the heat off when we were out (and with it being electric, no wonder!) and it never seemed to warm up and we never got rid of the musty/chill in the air- the first coffee machine was broken, Andrew was immediately responsive and replaced it, but the replacement was an old used machine and when I ran water through a few times it never came out clear - the furniture is showing its age. The sofa in particular is torn and heavily stained.

Wonderful Stay in Fulham

A friend and I just enjoyed nine nights at Andrew's lovely flat in Fulham. The flat was perfect and we fell in love with the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was great and anything we could have possibly needed was provided. We found many good restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk, as well as several bus stops and 2 tube stations. The only thing that could have been better was the weather but we still managed to enjoy our morning coffees and afternoon wines on the patio. We hope to return next year!

Beautiful apartment in a very cute area

The well-equipped apartment is located in a very nice, safe neighborhood. It is very nice to be able to have breakfast and dinner directly in the window bay. Because the street in front of the door is closed to through traffic, you don't hear any traffic noise. Nevertheless, the area is in a flight path and the airplanes fly very low and frequently. However, you will certainly have this in many areas of London. It is easy to walk to public transport and shopping and good restaurants are very close. Contact with Andrew was very easy and very friendly. We would love to come back!

Lovely Apartment

Stayed in this lovely apartment in July. This place was just as described. The living room seating was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped to cook in. Both bathrooms had shampoo conditioner and body wash which I was not expecting but was very happy about. Also the kitchen had a few condiments that we did not need to buy (tea, ketchup packets, salt and pepper). It was a quick walk to Fullham road which had two small grocery stores and on the corner of our road and Fullham the best pizza any of us have ever had (my husband and I have had pizza in both Rome and Naples). Fast wifi and our teenage grandchildren were able to access their Netflix account on the TV. All in all a wonderful stay in this London flat.

Good location!

I feel as though I should first state that I'm from the US. :) I'm not used to homes without air conditioning nor used to such tight spacing. These would be my only complaints. There are portable units in each bedroom and main room, however, they could only help cool it so much. Andrew was FANTASTIC to work with. He was so thorough with everything, quick to reply, very kind...! The apartment is great. It is as pictured, only a little smaller/tighter than it appears. The ceilings are quite low (again, something I'm not used to here in the USA). My 6'1" husband barely cleared his head walking into the kitchen. Everything is clean and well-supplied. We adored the little patio. Fulham House, Tinto Coffee, Glasshouse, and Durell Arms Pub were frequented by us as well as Sainsbury market for any needs -- all in easy walking distance. The Putney Bridge station was less than a 10-min walk, so traveling into London and elsewhere was very manageable!

Wonderful Stay in Fulham

Beautiful and well equipped apartment in an ideal location. We loved the private garden and having two bathrooms for four adults. If you’re looking for a great apartment in a wonderful location - look no farther. The apartment is close to good restaurants, Craven Cottage, trail running/hiking along the River Thames and all London has to offer via the Tube. Andrew is an amazing host. He was very responsive and accommodating to our needs from check-in to helping two Americans operate all-in-one European washer/dryer.

Very clean apt in a quiet but active neighborhood. Several nights we walked back after 10 PM from bus/tube and felt safe- - others were also out. Good for what we needed it for, which was a place to relax and sleep after busy days spent exploring England, plus a place to do a load of laundry at night. Good location provided access to bus, tube, groceries, coffee, pubs, pizza. Andrew was the most communicative of any hosts we’ve used in the past. The welcome guide sent prior was very informative. Apt was well equipped with full kitchen, nice bathrooms, firm mattresses.

Lovely London flat

My wife and a friend stayed a full week in this lovely flat in Fulham. The neighborhood was quiet and not far from from Putney Bridge tube station. Several decent restaurants nearby, including Fulham House, GlassHouse, and Tinto. The place is not nearly as large as the photos indicate, and the "queen" bed is really a US double. Very low ceilings in kitchen, and no eating area. Andrew was a wonderful host. His welcome package was very complete and detailed. Plenty of power converters available. Overall we loved Fulham and this small but well-equipped flat.

Fabulous Stay!

We were two couples staying for a few days before going to another town…this apartment met every need and then some! Andrew is an amazing host, answering all of our questions and obviously takes pride in his apartment. Lovely living area to eat pizza, have cocktails and watch movies late in the evening! Perfect little kitchen area and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is amazing! Quiet neighborhood with easy walking to lots of shops and eateries and the Tube. Tolles Appartement für einen London -Trip

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes, sauberes Appartement in angenehm ruhiger Lage. Für uns drei Erwachsene war ausreichend Platz und von Spüli über Seife/Shampoo, eine Steckerleiste für internationale Stecker sowie die Möglichkeit des kabellosen Ladens war an alles gedacht. Die Handtücher waren kuschelig, die Betten super bequem; wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses Appartement wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Andrew war am Anreisetag zufällig vor Ort, so dass wir schon vorzeitig unser Gepäck abstellen konnten und noch eine persönliche Einweisung sowie Tipps für die nähere Umgebung (Restaurant, Supermarkt PP) bekommen haben.

Wonderful week in London

We had a great experience. The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. There are many food options and grocery stores near by. The apartment was very cozy. Check in and out was easy and Andrew is a really good host and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Perfect place outside City Center

This was a perfect place for us "outside" of the city of London. London is a very hectic place and this property have us the sanctuary we needed to wind down after touring castles and churches. Andrew was a great host...very responsive to texts. The place was clean and in a great neighborhood. We will stay here again if ever in London.
