Stayed for 1 night. 20 minutes from London Excel, it is a short walk from Stratford High Street DLR station. Staff very friendly, room is clean and comfortable. I used the voucher for a discount in the restaurant and was served some good food there. I can recommend this hotel.

Redelijk hotel, uitstekende locatie
Toplocatie. Binnen 15 minuten in de City of London. Uitstekend OV verbinding. Als je van Luton moet komen is het echter verweg: 1,5 uur met Jubilee (naar Finchley) + Busvervoer naar Luton Westfield op 5 minuten loopafstand alwaar je lekker kunt eten en drinken, shoppen en relaxen. Stadion West Ham United op 10 minuten loopafstand. Lobby: dat heeft dit hotel niet. Twee stoelen voor de receptie en dat is het. Maar verder is het prima allemaal. Kamer: te klein, je stoot je werkelijk tegen alle hoeken van het bed en de kasten. Verder een goed bed en schoon maar te veel stof, ook vanwege de vloerbedekking (niet meer van deze tijd). Temperatuur in de kamer is vrij problematisch: telkens moest de receptie het voor ons resetten. Het is of heel koud of 27 graden. Niet prettig, al deed het personeel hun best om alles voor ons te doen. Kleine maar schone badkamer. De douche is of te warm of te koud. Bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, duim omhoog voor hen allen!

Perfect en goed gelegen
Na een slechte reis in dit hotel binnen stappen en je voelt je als een koning. Luxe kamer, heerlijk ontbijt en prima gelegen. Loopafstand van alles, leuke pubs, winkels en het station.

Westbridge is gunstig gelegen: A9 buslijn vanaf Stansted is een goedkope optie om in Londen te komen. Deze bus stopt op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen vanaf het hotel. De central metrolijn brengt je in 15 minuten naar het centrum van Londen. Het hotel biedt gratis bagageopslag aan. Mooi ingerichte schone kamer met redelijk wifi bereik. Wij hadden geen ontbijt mee geboekt., maar hebbengebruik gemaakt van de continental ontbijtoptie voor 5 pond pp. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. 's Avonds twee keer gegeten bij een mexicaans restaurant 100 meter verderop. Ook erg lekker. Kortom dit hotel raden we zeker aan!

Prima hotel
Hotel kamers erg klein (niet ongewoon voor Londen) maar in uitstekende staat en schoon. Hotel is op loopafstand van het (zeer) grote Westfield shopping center en Stratford station met rechtstreekse metro verbinding naar het centrum van Londen. Al hoewel aan een drukke straat gelegen, geen last van verkeerslawaai omdat kamers aan de achterkant liggen. Prima hotel voorzieningen met o.a. gratis internet bellen. Prima English breakfast. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en uitstekende service!

Hotel met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel
Mede dankzij het personeel van The Westbridge Hotel hebben mijn oudste dochter en ik een geweldig eerste verblijf in Londen gehad. Hotel is uitstekend te bereiken vanaf Stansted Airport. Met de Stansted Express naar Stratford Station (één keer overstappen via hetzelfde perron op station Tottenham Hall). Vanaf Stratford slechts zo'n 6 minuten lopen naar het hotel. We kwamen nog vóór 12.00 uur aan en konden toch al gebruik maken van onze kamer die eigenlijk pas om 15:00 uur beschikbaar zou zijn. Geweldig. We hadden gekozen voor een verblijf met ontbijt en diner. Het ontbijt is was uitgebreid en lekker. Voor het diner (waar we drie van de vier avonden gebruik van hadden gemaakt) hadden we de keuze uit vijf voor-, vijf hoofd- en vijf nagerechten. Ook dat was uitstekend. Bij vertrek uit het hotel om Londen in te gaan, drukte één van de personeelsleden ons een paraplu in de handen. Ook kregen we van het personeel alle hulp met onze weg te vinden binnen Londen. Bij ons vertrek naar Nederland hadden we een late vlucht. Ook toen werd er weer uiterst flexibel met de uitchecktijd omgegaan. Als ik opnieuw naar Londen ga, neem ik beslist weer dit hotel.

This is a nice little hotel which is conveniently located in Stratford, just a short walk from Stratford station (with several connections into central London), Westfield, and the Olympic Park. It takes around 30-40 minutes to get to central depending on where exactly you're heading. My room was quite compact, but the space was used pretty well, and the bed was very comfortable; I slept well. There were a couple of minor cleanliness issues - a hair in the sink when I arrived, a couple of small stains on the edge of the duvet - but nothing so serious as to cause me a concern or worth complaing about. The bathroom had a quite unpleasant smell most of the time though, for some reason! Again, not serious, but a bit strange. I did also find the room a touch cold, even after playing with the a/c, but not uncomfortably so. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would consider returning in future.

We had a good one night stay. We would have liked a proper dinner but were unaware that we could order from another restaurant for delivery before we ordered our pizza. We would have liked somewhere comfortable to sit to have a drink in the evening. The breakfast was good. Staff very pleasant. Perhaps a few sofas dotted around would ebcourage people to stay for a drink.

The staff were polite and friendly, the room was clean and bed very comfortable. Only a few minutes from Stratford Rail Station and ideally situated for the ABBA voyage concert. The room was quiet, and there was everything you would ever want for breakfast, excellent, (self service) but run very efficiently again with friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Working stay
Working in Westfield shopping centre this hotel is only 10mins away. Really nice room and very clean. The room has a lot of mirrors as a feature but unfortunately room 106 had several broken mirrors which gave it bad luck before the stay had started. Extra positive as much as you get a little noise from people walking past your door (which is understandable )you do not get anything from the next room ie toilet or tv noise. Only negative would be it’s sold having a bar and restaurant, did try and get a pint after working 14hours only to find it’s has cans or bottles bar only this then put me directly off having any food as that could also just be a ding frozen meal. House keeping 11 out of 10 well done 👍 Did not see or get any offers of parking so parked in the shopping centre £16 for 24hours. Over all would recommend for the stay if you are eating and drinking elsewhere.

An old building which has been updated to a very high standard. Our room was compact but had sufficient space to accommodate us for our two night stay. The bathroom was spotless. We loved our balcony. Although on a busy road the rooms are set back from the road and so quiet. Indeed our room was very quiet and we weren't aware of neighboring rooms. Controlling lights and heat was straightforward. The handle on our bathroom door was very stiff. A huge variety at breakfast and of good quality. Breakfast room was large and had attentive staff . Only a 6 minute walk to Stratford underground and international station and Westfield shopping mall.

We stayed here as the location is great for the ABBA Voyage show (15 mins walk) Not huge rooms but has everything you need - good bathroom & toiletries included. Had the pizza & drink combo - the pizza’s were very tasty. Nice lounge area Staff -all very pleasant & polite.
